one of the best pokemon fanfic. the battle is well explained, the MC interesting, he is not an op character from the start, l also like a choice of pokemon that you put in his team

A fun story. Likeable characters. Plot, well, nothing new, but I like the writing style. Updates- Good. Overall, an enjoyable read. World background- Maybe a little more effort would help. Good Job, just don't drop it like all others.
It shocked me when I found author's name.Your tensura fic is one of my favourite of that verse and I am sure I will enjoy this as well
its a great story, the only problem is its lack of chapters which would be fixed over time, the story pacing is somewhat slow yet reasonable to some extent and i can get the feeling were getting there (start of mc journey) ill keep this in the library for now and wait for more chapters so i can actually enjoy reading this, I just hope author will not drop it.
A fun story so far. I definitely like the starter choice. My only problem so far is that the author made the alpha gene affect the appearance of a pokemon, rather than just their size. Oh and the first half of the first chapter, where the MCs backstory is explained, feels pretty unnecessary. I'd advise just skipping that part.
Its good. Mcs not the type of guy to be so impatient of having a pokemon immediately. Mc is pretty likable. I just wish he becomes a mastermind lowkey guy hidden lol Ive always wished for that kind of mc trainer.

READ UP TO THE CURRENT CHAPTER (12). I must say that so far I have found it an excellent read, I have no complaint that exceed my limits of tolerance in terms of certain "rational" aspects. I don't like to say anything to the author in terms of the plot so I will only say my expectations regarding certain elements, I hope no time travel, no random legendary appearances, I expect a growth in the "strength" aspect that is a) Slow and cumulative with longer chapters so as not to affect the speed of the plot, or b) fast in terms of time jumps but reasonable with a good explanation of "why". My fears are that if it's not a harem you'll create relationships with people that will make you wish they were the FML but you'll only choose one and then we'll all get hurt hahaha, my other fear is that you don't occupy pokemons because they're "overused", when the truth is that among thousands of fics only a few are good and all those great pokemons are lost just because they don't want to be "cliche", out of 1000 that use them only 10 are good fics, and of those 10 only 3 are ongoing, so if you want a Charizard, a Garchomp or Abra, that's fine as long as the story is good

Obligatory author review.I really hope you all enjoy this story. It follows Lucas, the protagonist of the gen 4 games. The story follows his journey as he tries to adapt to the skills he was born into.Once his journey begins, it will be filled with adventure and challenges. His goal is to become a champion, but he might take a step into different paths along the way.I hope you all enjoy the story, and I will see you all later.
I can not wait to read more I think the beginning is great just keep going I hope the story will not give up Write more I need more I love this story I can't wait to read more
I liked author's Tensura fic. One of my favorite. I am sure this one will be great too umu. So 5 stars from me.
2/1/2024: I respect the author for publicly stating they dropped this... While it's 30 chapters were short lived, it was by FAR one of the most enjoyable fics I've ever read. Easily in my top 20 if not top 10. Amazing attention to (canon) lore, really unique interpretation of Pokemon Typing that I hadn't seen before (that changed how I approach theoretical Pokemon isekai's going forward.) Good action with great descriptions, good conversations, and not a goody-too-shoes, but not "bad" for the sake of edge. If morally-questionable MC's are "gray" then this MC is light-gray. Good heart, but willing to do questionable things. Just keep in mind, for the past five months, I've been eagerly checking my library, hoping for an update. It was so good that it never *truly* left my mind during those months. Best of wishes to ya author.
