Chương 4: New Neighbor
Lee Sung Ho and Kim Mi Young lived together in a five roomed cave which was divided into the dining/kitchen, two bedrooms, the bathroom and her creative room which she made for creating new things like blankets, cloths e.t.c. They lived together for two weeks and became very close to each other and were happy. A Mi young accepted him as her mate but asked for a little time before they mated. But she was just scared of his thing she had seen it when he was bathing a week ago and was scared of what might happen to her.
"Sung ho do you know any blacksmiths? I want to buy some pots." she said
"What's a pot?" he said confusingly
"I forgot that humals ( a word I came up with by myself to describe animal human people) don't cook." she thought to herself.
"Mi young is something wrong? You're doing that silence thing again." he said.
"It's nothing and going to make a clay pot. Come with me." she said exactly
"What's a clay pot?"he asked.
"A clay pot is an object used to cook in. And made out of mud." she explained.
"Oh, okay ." he said
Mi Young parked a few items such as roasted wild pig and water. It was morning when they got out of their house they found that someone was digging a cave. Mi Young wanted to go and see who they new neighbor was but Sung ho had a strong urge to kiss her. whiteout a second thought pulled her to his chest and gave a long kiss. This was the first time they ever kissed, Mi young was so driven into the kiss that when they pulled away painting and blushing she forgot all about meeting the new neighbor.
"Can we go and collect the mud now?" he asked
"Ahm, okay." she shyly answered.
And started to walk away. Unknown to Mi-Young, Sung-ho kissed her because he saw Ha Joon looking at Mi Young and couldn't resist kissing her and showing he the she belonged to only him.
Out In The Forest
Mi young and Sung ho were looking for the best clay. After two of looking for clay she finally found a hill lucky it was also near a river
"Good it's near a river am finally getting my kitchenware." she thought to herself determined.
Containing the perfect clay she want blay clay. She tried to dig but couldn't because her hands were not strong enough. But Sung ho offered to help and dig with ease.
"Here's your clay. Some how are you going to make this pot thing?" he asked curiously
"It'll take a little bit of time. You'll have to be patient." she said. She gathered the clay and put it in a waterproof animal skin bag. She add some water and left it there. Sung ho was curious about everything she was doing and started to ask questions, as they walked home.
"Aren't you taking the bay with you?" he asked.
"No I have to sock it for fourteen days." she said enthusiastically.
"Why do you have to sock it?" he asked
"So that it can be in perfect condition when I start wedging." she said.
"What's wedging?" he asked.
"It's just a process of removing impurities from the clay." she answered.
They had a good time walking and talking together.
"I really enjoy spending time with her and I don't want to lose her I can't lose her." he thought to himself.
After reaching the village Mi Young decided to buy a welcome gift for her new neighbor.
"Sung ho what do beast people like?" she asked curiously.
"Why do you ask?" he said too calmly.
"I want to buy a gift for our new neighbor it's a tradition from where I come from." she said joyfully.
"I don't think it's a good idea to buy a gift for him." he said coldly
"Did I say something wrong?" she said in concern.
"No, no you didn't." he said forcing a smile.
"Ok I won't buy the new neighbor a gift because I already have one at home." she said smiling.
"Ok we should get home soon it's getting dark." he said.
When she reached home she rushed into the house to get the gift for the new neighbor. A nice fluffy blanket she made for deer skin and some cotton she found I the forest. She had made many of these including two cotton shirts she made for Sung ho. She took the blanket and asked Sung ho to escort her to the neighbor's house he followed her behind and ready for anything.
She gently knocked on the door and to her surprise Ha joon opened the door. The moment he saw her he leaned on his door entrance wall and said
"Well, well, well, to who do I owe this pleasure to? I remember you. You're the little puppy that slapped me. And I see you brought your bodyguard with you. Did you two come to slap me me again." in a calm teasing way.
Mi Young was surprised to see Ha joon here but she kept calm and said.
"No I didn't came here to slap you I came here to give you this and I want to apologize for slapping you in front of your subjects I was my mistake and am sorry."
Ho joon was surprised to see a female apologizing. He stood up right and asked "Is that why you came over to apologize?." he said with a darkened face.
"Well no I came to give you this blanket as a well come gift I know you don't need it but just try it I bet you'll like it." she said joyfully.
Even though she was smiling she was scared to death and only prayed and hoped that he wouldn't hurt her or Sung ho. Ha joon could see her fear with his God eyes but could also see that she was a gentle, loving and gentle soul. He roughly took the blanket.
As he started t walk into his house and slightly turned back and said a small thank you. She smiled at him and started to go back home and sighed a sigh of relief.
"That was the scariest moment of my life." she said.
"You could have asked for help, I could have helped you." Said Sung ho.
"I know that you could have helped me. I just wanted to confront my fear of him I just can't stay in fear forever." she said.
"You're a brave little female, aren't you? And I love that about you." he said.
It was late and Mi young and Sung ho were getting ready for bed when a knock was heard on the door. Sung ho answered the door half naked and he found that Dr. Jeong was the one knocking, he invited the doctor inside the house's dining room.
"What a nice place you have here." said Dr. Jeong
"It was Mi Young's idea." said Sung ho
"Of course it was her you could not come up with a such a beautiful place." said Dr. Jeong mockingly
"What brings you here doctor?" said Sung ho annoyed.
"I won't take much of your time I just came here to inform you about the upcoming hunt for the winter which will start tomorrow and I wanted you to join the hunt, dragons are great hunters and we need as many people as possible." said Dr. Jeong
"Sung ho, who is it?" asked Mi Young
"It's just doctor Jeong." he said.
She came and greeted him and joined the conversation.
"So for how long will you be gone?" asked Mi Young
"Three to four days." said Dr. Jeong
"THREE TO FOUR DAYS!! And I'll be all alone for three to four days." she exclaimed.
"Don't worry I have found a female you can live with. She's about your age and am sure you'll love her." said Dr. Jeong
"Okay, so when are you leaving?" asked Mi Young.
"Tomorrow." answered Sung ho
"I guess I should prepare your travel bag." said Mi Young sadly.
The doctor and Sung ho said they bye. Sung ho walked up to Mi Young and hugged her from behind.
"Don't worry I'll be back very soon." he said
"I know but a worried that something might go wrong and what if you get hurt during the hunt." she said worryingly
"That's the problem which you, you worry too much. I promise I'll be fine. " As those sweet words came out of his mouth Mi Young leaned him down and kissed him. They kissed passionately and take it to bed but Mi Young stopped him from doing anything more.
They just slept in the same room for the first time. And all this was heard by poor Ha Joon.
"Thank God she stopped him. Wait what am I saying? I don't know what that little female has done to me. But all I know is that I couldn't resist digging a cave next to hers. And the blanket she gave me is so fluffy and even smells like her." he thought to himself
