Chương 205: Another Day, Another Raid

Lillian was sitting outside, she had a day off, and there wasn't much work to do anymore as all the hard work had already been done.

They were waiting for the harvest now and this meant she had a lot more time to herself, she felt safer ever since that attack.

Jason came to see her because he was her guardian and big brother in that sense.

Lillian's face lit up the moment she saw Jason even though it lasted for a second before it returned to a scowl.

Jason already knew she was happy to see him but she was too damn stubborn to admit something so obvious.

"You're slacking off, aren't you?" Jason attacked her the moment he saw and Lillian rolled her eyes in response.

"Does it look like I am slacking off?" Lillian responded in a condescending tone but Jason was used to this at this point.

"You know Carl?" Jason asked and the girl was confused as to what brought him into the conversation.
