"So, they chose the lesser evil to save everyone," Dhruv thought. 

He couldn't decide whether the government's decision was a good thing or not. After all, he wasn't in their shoes, and he didn't have the right to decide for them.

Dhruv was about to let the old man continue when he remembered something.

'Wait, doesn't that mean the one who controls the button would gain immense exp? If not for the fact that after reaching an evolution cap the exp didn't increase, otherwise that man would have reached Tier 3 in just one go.
