Asgard.

Strong winds blew.

A red cape fluttered.

Golden hair swayed from side to side.

Crystal tears kept falling.

"Loki..." Thor sat there despondently, murmuring that name. "Why? Why did you do this?"

"Thor, Loki must have secrets." Heimdall held a golden sword and stood beside Thor. "With my sight, I can see everything, but when Loki was in Jotunheim, I watched him closely, and I couldn't see or hear anything from him. He shielded himself from me, just like those Frost Giants who once invaded Asgard. So, I believe the reason he did this might be..."

"Why?" Thor seemed as if he hadn't heard Heimdall's words, still muttering, "I had you in my grasp, but you chose to let go? Why did you do this?"

"... "Heimdall immediately closed his mouth. It seemed that the two of them were not on the same page at all! He thought Thor was asking why Loki betrayed Asgard, but Thor was asking why Loki let go.

"Thor, forgive me for speaking frankly, but Loki's fate was entirely his own doing." Heimdall said again.

"Oh, Loki, my brother..."

Heimdall lost interest in speaking further.

This brother complex!

He shouldn't have brought him back with the Rainbow Bridge in the first place!

"This good-for-nothing actually smashed the Rainbow Bridge with brute force..." Just the thought of the Rainbow Bridge made Heimdall wince in pain. What a beautiful Rainbow Bridge it was, and Thor destroyed it with his hammer.

Although he did it to stop Loki from destroying Jotunheim, couldn't he have used his hammer on Loki instead? Why did he smash the Rainbow Bridge? The Rainbow Bridge had always been diligent, what did it do wrong?

"A guy who's obsessed with his brother all the time, is he really suitable to be a king?" Heimdall had the first doubt about Thor's suitability as a king.

Fortunately, Loki was already dead, and this brother obsession could no longer be controlled.

"Thor, thinking about Loki again?" A deep voice came from behind.

"Father." Thor called out with a choked voice.

"Thor, you don't have to be sad. You didn't do anything wrong." Odin sat next to Thor. "Loki, my other child, he made a mistake. He paid the price. Everyone has to take responsibility for their own actions, don't they? We're no longer children; no one else will take responsibility for our mistakes."

"Father, I don't understand. Why did Loki do this?" Thor asked.

..."Heimdall almost wanted to stab Thor with his sword. Didn't I just tell you about this? Why didn't you listen to a single word I said?

"Thor, it's time to tell you the truth. Loki, he's not actually an Aesir, he's the son of Laufey, the king of the Frost Giants."

"What?" Thor was greatly surprised. He never expected that his little brother, whom he had controlled since childhood, was not his real brother but the son of the enemy!

No, it shouldn't be said that he's the son of the enemy, but the prince of the enemy. Laufey is the king of the Frost Giants, and Loki is the prince of Jotunheim, isn't he?

"In that great battle, when I brought the Casket of Ancient Winters back from Jotunheim, I didn't just bring that with me," Odin sat beneath the starry sky and revealed a hidden truth to Thor. "After the battle ended, I entered the temple and saw a child. To those giants, that child was too small, abandoned and tormented, on the verge of death at any moment. He was so small, lying in my hands, looking at me, and he was smiling..."

"Loki, the son of Laufey?" Thor asked.

"Yes," Odin replied. "He is also my son, Loki."

"Why?" Thor asked, puzzled. "Father, our hands are stained with the blood of the Frost Giants, so why did we bring Loki back?"

"If we didn't bring Loki back, how could you be the doting brother?" Heimdall almost blurted out but managed to hold back.

"He is an innocent child," Odin said.

"No, he is not innocent at all! He turned the mighty prince of Asgard into a doting brother! He is unforgivable!" Heimdall almost roared out.

"Heimdall, it seems you have something to say?" Odin glanced at Heimdall.

"My king, your compassion is admirable," Heimdall said devoutly. "It is our honor to have your leadership in Asgard."

"Thor, when I banished you to Midgard, I didn't really intend to exile you," Odin said. "Since you have taken up the hammer, you should understand my intentions."

"Yes, Father, I understand," Thor said.

"Thor, I heard from Heimdall that you immediately understood my intentions. It seems like you didn't go through much and yet understood everything?" Odin said with some confusion. "Was there something that happened in the courtyard that I don't know about?"

"Father, have you heard of the Answer Space?" Thor asked.

"You also entered the Answer Space?" Odin was surprised. He had just discussed the Answer Space with the Ancient One recently.

"Yes, Father. Shortly after I arrived on Earth, I was pulled into that space. There, we are presented with different questions to answer. If we answer correctly, there are rewards, and if we answer incorrectly, there are punishments. All the questions are about the future, and after answering, the Answer Space presents that future in the form of a video, regardless of whether the answers are right or wrong." Thor explained the details of the Answer Space to Odin.

"So, you were in the Answer Space and saw how to wield the hammer?" Odin asked.

"Yes, Father. Not only how to wield the hammer, but I also saw Loki. He wanted to banish me, he wanted to use the Destroyer to kill me."

"So, the future shown in the Answer Space is going to happen?"

"As of now, it seems that way." Thor suddenly remembered something important. "Father, I also saw another crucial future there, something that concerns the fate of Asgard. One day in the future, Asgard will face a great catastrophe. It was described as being 'on the brink of peril' by the future me. Father, I don't know what that disaster is, but we must prepare early!"

"Thor, don't be nervous," Odin smiled. "Regarding Asgard, there has always been a prophecy of its destruction, haven't you heard?"

"Father, you mean the Twilight of the Gods?"

"Exactly."

"But didn't you already kill Surtur five hundred thousand years ago? The Eternal Flame is still locked in Asgard's vault!"

"That's right."

"If Surtur has already been killed, then the Twilight of the Gods may not happen. So why did I still see a future where Asgard is on the brink of peril?"
