I enjoyed the relationship of this small cute family, mostly I adore our xiao chen & FL spending happy time 😂😂
i ended up starting this and forgetting about it, started and repeated until the 300s when I thought it got more interesting. Xiao chen is the best. can't live without the little bun, and I'll miss him. I wish he'd get his own story with Yiyi 😋
The twists and turns! The plot thicken and then, love blossoms from a batch of dumplings to a sea of flower in the mountain. This story makes me wanna have a small kid like Yuchen, Lili and the rest of the kids. A bit short. Overall is 5 stars from me!
I had been enjoying this novel. It had a good plot, interesting and full characters, the flow of the plot was goid, it didn’t drag or have any unnecessary fillers or repeative situations. However, translation wise - it steadily went diwn hill. From mixed up genders, inconsistent names both of the characters and drama/tv show names which made reading confusing. But those mistakes while annoying, didn’t distract from enjoying the atory - however then came the repeative paragraphs and missing sections of the novel. I had to go find the raw just too see if I was just imagining it. But unfortunately there are missing parts which is extremely dissapointing. I won’t waste any more money paying to unlock any further chapters as the quality is steadily declining.
The rating for the actual book is actually pretty good. I’m giving it more stars because of the constant repeated paragraphs used to push up the cost of the chapters. It’s fraud. We should be given a refund and the problem should be fixed.
Really like this novel. The interactions between the stepson and the stepmom are so cute and the world building is clear. She's in the entertainment industry, and the drama with other actors there is entertaining to read about. All good things except for one thing. The romance is weak. The interactions between husband and wife are so awkward. He's sincere but awkward to her, which is fine, but then she's awkward and mean to him. Unnecessarily mean, just to highlight how strong she is maybe. I.E. *SPOILER* locking him out of the room, hanging up on him on every call, snitching on trivial matters to his elders. Anyways, love the rest of the book but these interactions between the couple are too mind numbingly awkward, so i ended up dropping the book. Would recommend you give it a try and if you can get past, or even enjoy, their "romantic interactions" then you'll love this book!!

The book is going and the plot is good and not boring. It makes me laugh a lot of times. But I am disappointed with the content repetition in the chapters. It seems the author is robbing us of our coins. There are a lot of chapters with CONTENT REPETITION. This is to make the readers be aware of what’s going on. Here are the chapters with repeated paragraphs: chapters 377, 379, 381, 435, 439, 478, 482, 484. Just finished chapter 484. All chapters with content repetition, I have made a comment so that it will be recorded. Who knows how many chapters before that as I only started counting at chapter 377. In chapter 435 there were 15 paragraphs that were repeated. The book is good but this is practically robbing us of our coins.
So similar to another novel I’ve read bestie but can’t remember the title of that novel now…
