After a while, another statue came to face me. It looked similar to the first one but had a bow in its hands. I did not know if it would be more powerful, but the only thing on my mind was to win!
The moment the statue moved its hands, placing an arrow on the bowstring, I dashed toward it as fast as I could. I had to get close to gain an advantage, and that's exactly what I did.
The statue shot its arrow before I reached its back, but my vision wasn't weak. Even without Qi, I managed to avoid the arrow with agile moves.
It passed through my right cheek, almost hitting it. If it did, then I would lose my head...
But the good part was that I overcame the attack, stopping at the back part of the statue. Then, just like before, it was time to hit it over and over again! My fists hurt with every punch, and blood dripped from my wounded knuckles.
