Suri covered the man's mouth, then dragged him into the bathroom. On the other hand, Maxieno simply obeyed and followed her lead. He noticed the dog get up, its innocent eyes peering at them. Luckily, Suri's two younger siblings, who shared the same hair color as her, were fast asleep.
Upon entering the bathroom, Suri locked the door firmly. This place was safer. If they were on the balcony, there was a higher chance that the guards on duty would discover them.
"Go back to the pavilion right now, Max!" Suri's tone was insistent, she stressed out each of her words.
"Oh, I thought you were going to do something to me by bringing me here," Maxieno replied, his voice laced with playfulness.
"Maxieno! I don't feel like joking right now. You have to go back now!"
"Not until you say where you're going tomorrow."
