As he ran, an idea began to form in Kane's mind. He realized that he could use his Fireball to set several trees on fire, creating smoke that would obscure the enemies' vision and delay their progress. It was a risky move, but he knew that every second counted in a situation like this.
Without hesitation, Kane unleashed his Fireball at strategic points along the path. The flames quickly spread, engulfing the trees and generating thick clouds of smoke. The wind blew against the enemies, carrying the smoke in their direction, creating a temporary obstacle that would buy the villagers precious time.
"Kane!" Enma said. "Are they already here?"
"We imagined that you would try to take them down by yourself after getting carried away, thanks to the giant queen bee," Jacob said while forcing a smile.
"Thanks for the vote of confidence," Kane said. "Anyway, I don't have time to waste."
