General P.O.V
With each passing moment, the tide of battle shifted in favor of Jiro and Itsuki. The sheer determination and resilience of the Akimichi and Aburame Shinobi shone through as they continued to press their advantage, relentless in their pursuit of victory.
In a final, climactic clash, the culmination of their efforts came to fruition. Jiro unleashed a devastating, chakra-infused punch, its force amplified by his increased size. Takeshi's defenses crumbled under the overwhelming impact, sending him crashing to the ground, defeated.
Witnessing Takeshi's fall, Ayame and Daichi realized the dire situation they
faced.
"These kids are strong." Ayame said
"Their Akimichi and Aburame bloodlines are not much of a threat but if you combine Akimichi bloodline with Uzumaki bloodline and an Aburame bloodline who is an expert in kenjutsu they can be fatal." said Daichi
"We can't win against them one on one. We need to work together." said Daichi
Ayame, with her lightning-fast reflexes, assessed the battlefield and made a split-second decision. Recognizing the overwhelming teamwork displayed by Jiro and Itsuki, she knew that standing alone against their combined might would be futile.
With a flash of lightning, Ayame dashed toward Daichi, joining forces with him in a desperate attempt to turn the tides. The two remaining special Jōnin from Kumogakure formed a defensive formation, utilizing their individual strengths to protect one another and create a united front against Jiro and Itsuki.
Jiro, though fatigued from his previous onslaught, refused to back down. With a renewed surge of determination, he charged forward, aiming to deliver a decisive blow. However, Ayame's agility and Daichi's strategic brilliance countered his every move, buying them precious moments to regroup and devise a plan.
Itsuki on the other hand, relied on his insect allies, commanding them with precision and using their mobility to her advantage. He sent a wave of insects in a coordinated attack, aiming to overwhelm Ayame and Daichi. But the pair had grown accustomed to his tactics, and with their combined efforts, they managed to anticipate and counter each insect assault.
The battlefield became a whirlwind of intense clashes, lightning-fast strikes, and intricate strategies. Ayame's lightning-infused speed allowed her to deliver devastating blows, while Daichi's tactical mind analyzed the situation, exploiting any weakness he could find. Together, they fought with unwavering determination, unwilling to yield.
With each passing moment, Jiro's increased size began to take its toll on his stamina as the effects of the food pill was coming to an end. He struggled to maintain the same level of agility and power he had displayed earlier. Sensing this, Ayame and Daichi capitalized on the opportunity, launching a coordinated assault.
Ayame blurred across the battlefield, her lightning-infused kunai slashing through the air with precision. Daichi, strategically positioning himself, provided support with well-timed distractions and calculated strikes. Their teamwork and synergy allowed them to create openings and exploit Jiro's fatigue.
As the battle raged on, Jiro found himself gradually overwhelmed. Despite his indomitable will and the resilience of the Akimichi bloodline and Uzumaki bloodline, the combined efforts of Ayame and Daichi proved too formidable. With a final, devastating strike, they managed to injure him with a sword to his abdomen and incapacite him bringing him to the brink of defeat as his torso bled.
"Itsuki don't worry about me. I would heal from this. *Cough*Cough* Sensei would take care of me. All you have to do is focus on winning this battle." said Jiro while coughing blood.
As the two special Jonin from Kumo looked to end him. Jiro's body dissolved in his shadow.
Witnessing this, Itsuki determination grew stronger. He knew Genkai sensei would not let anything happen to Jiro. With a resolute expression, he summoned an even larger swarm of insects, unleashing them in a desperate attempt to turn the tide in his favor.
Ayame and Daichi found themselves on the defensive as the swarm closed in, threatening to engulf them in. While the Kumo Shinobi were distracted by the insects, Itsuki took out his blade
'Insect breathing: Dance of the bee sting: True flutter'
Some bees started circling around him and gathered around his feet with that he dashed at blinding speed towards Ayame and slashed her with a poisoned blade.
She succumbed to the poison as Itsuki then turned his attention towards Daichi who was tired after fending the insects swarm. Itsuki too was on his last leg and didn't have much chakra left.
Daichi used the last of the chakra to use a lightning jutsu 'False darkness' which bypassed the insect wall and hit Itsuki who turned out to be an insect clone.
Daichi was surprised by this as he turned back to defend from Itsuki but it was too late as Itsuki plunged his blade into his heart.
------P.O.V Change-----
----Yoriichi P.O.V----
I saw both the battles. They were quite contrary to each other. Jiro and Itsuki put up a brilliant fight against the 3 special Jonin from Kumo while Chino and Kaito lost against the Jonin from Kumo badly.
I thought that it would be Jiro and Itsuki struggling in their battle but their bloodlines shined in this battle.
While I was thinking about this, Kaito was treating Jiro's injuries. I thought he was dead when sensei did not move to save him.
Genkai sensei explained to us our mistakes and how we could do better. Chino and Kaito would have a special training session with sensei after they are done with the mission.
After Jiro was healed enough, I was tasked to carry him on my back. Oh boi, Carrying an Akimichi guy even if he is just an 11 year old is not an easy task.
We reached the hidden village in the snow the next day and delivered the supplies. We didn't stay much in the village as we left after a few hours.
After we left the village, 5km away from the village, Genkai sensei stopped and said "Yoriichi teleport back to the village with the rest of the team. The mission is over."
"Is everything alright sensei? Are there enemies ahead?" I asked
"Nothing you should be worried about. I will meet you back in the village. Now get going."
I didn't argue much and decided to follow his instructions.
My friends held me as I formed hand signs to teleport to the designated place I had set with my katana's ability.
"See you sensei. Be safe." With that we teleported back to our village completing our first ever B rank mission which turned out to be an A rank mission.
