Chương 253: Kaneki's armor
After meeting Both Shino and Yuuka's parents both Genta and Jin offered to help him, which Kaneki was still thinking about. After he went home he continued to work on Kaze and another thing for the entire night.
July 30, 2042*
Knock! Knock! Knock!
Miku: Onii-chan! C'mon get up!
Miku was knocking the door of Kaneki's room but he wasn't responding.
Miku: if you're not getting up i'm going in!
Even after she said that there was still no response.
Miku: alright! I'm coming in!
Miku then went inside his room and she saw Kaneki doing...
Miku: what are you doing?
Kaneki: I'm working here.
Miku: do that when we get home, you're gonna be late for school.
Kaneki: shit seriously? Fine, I finished one thing anyways, I'll get ready you go first.
Miku: ... Okay.
Miku then left and headed to school.
30 minutes later*
Sachi: hey did you guys seen Kaneki anywhere?
???: nope, sorry.
Sachi: thanks. Kaneki! Where are you!
Sachi was searching around the school for Kaneki who still hasn't arrived.
At class 1-C classroom*
Natsuki: Higanbana-kun hasn't arrived yet?
Yuuka: yeah, as I remember correctly he arrives here usually like around 6 or something.
Chikao: well, he might be a bit too focused on the preparations for the expedition, so he might've forgotten about school.
Itsuki: seriously? Isn't that a bit too much?
Chikao: well, knowing him he'll probably get here in time.

Sachi: I can't find Kaneki anywhere.
Miku: well, he probably shouldn't have took the burden of making all the preparations.

Before she could finish talking the floor suddenly turned black and gooey.

And then Kaneki suddenly came out of the black goo.
Kaneki: phew, wow I was almost late.
Sachi was surprised seeing Kaneki come out of the goo.

Kaneki sat on his table after arriving.
Sachi: Oi, what were you doing the entire night? You don't usually come to school around this time.
Kaneki: sorry, I was awake the whole night working on Kaze.
Everyone: huh? Kaze?
Yuuka: oh your soaring dragon!
Everyone was surprised.
Itsuki: Wait Soaring Dragon?! The Motorcycle that can transform into a car, a motorcycle and can fly?! That is super expensive!
Kaneki: my grandparents gave it to me as a gift.
???: wow, they probably like spoiling you huh?
Kaneki: yeah, anyways I upgraded it so it has a few more additional forms.
Sachi: seriously?!
Kaneki: yeah, oh yeah, Sachi, Shino, Mirai-san, Tachibana-san, Chi-chan Mizutani-san, Keiko, Itsuki and Itadori. I need you guys to go to the gym at lunch break, we'll also be meeting Azusa and Emi-kun there as well

Natsuki: alright, I'll go.

Itsuki: okay sure.

After that their class started and they all waited until lunch break.

In the gym*
Azusa: so why did you call us here?
Ryueki: yeah, why did you need us here?
Kaneki: here take a look at these.
Kaneki handed them each a 2 pieces of papers with something in them.
Shino: wait isn't this us?!
Each of the members had a drawings of themselves in their papers that are very detailed.
Natsuki: wow, Higanbana-kun I know you're good at art butbuts really surprising you could draw very accurate pictures of people.

Shino: are my breast really that big?
Yuuka: but what are these things that are on our side?
Miku: yeah, they look like robots.
Kaneki: those are the equipment we're going to use.
All 11: What?!
Kaneki: yup, so those things on the side of your drawing will be your suits.
Itsuki: seriously?! They look super High-tech?!
Ryueki: where would you even buy these things?
Kaneki: buy? What are you talking about?
Sachi: wait, no way, you're gonna make these?

Yuuka: but these things look very expensive! Where will you even get the materials.
Kaneki: oh I know some construction workers that offered to help.
Shino & Yuuka: eh?

Ryueki: how can you know how to make these things? How will you make them and how will you know it is safe? You shouldn't be playing with electronics.
Hearing that Kaneki just stared at his eyes and replied.
Kaneki: do you think I just train physically?
Ryueki: !!!
Kaneki: I also train my mind a lot, one of my sensei's thought me how to make tech, though it was hard I was able to perfect making my own technology.
Sachi: that's amazing Kaneki but these things look too cool to be real.
Kaneki: well, it's a great thing I prepared one of my favorite suits.
Natsuki & Chikao: huh? What?
Kaneki: just a moment I'll go get it.
Kaneki then walked towards the door to a hall way.
Emi: um Kaneki-san that's the door to the hall way.
Kaneki: just a moment.
Kaneki opened the door and when he opened it it didn't show a hall way it showed complete darkness which surprised the entire relic research/expedition team.
Shino: what the?!
Itsuki & Keiko: what's going on?!
Sachi: wow, cool!
Chikao & Natsuki: woah.
Emi: what's that?
Azusa: Pocket dimension?!
Ryueki: what the.
Kaneki: alright, I'll be right back I'll go get it, don't follow.
Kaneki then walked into the door.
Sachi: wow, that was cool! what even happened?!
Azusa: he opened a portal to a Pocket dimension.
All 10: seriously?
Azusa: yes, it's most likely a Pocket dimension that he can only enter via doors that he touches so he could probably go there anytime as long there are doors.
Sachi: man I learn new things about Kaneki all the time, this is cool!
Yuuka: yeah, I never would've thought he would have a Pocket dimension.
Ryueki: tch.
Itsuki: hey look!
They all looked at the door and then.
Kaneki: yo I'm back.
Sachi: Woooaaah! So cool!
Kaneki came out of the door wearing a red and black suit of armor that has a masked helmet that has horns resembles a Dragon horns.
Itsuki: Woah! Is that really Kaneki?!
Kaneki: yes, it is me.
Yuuka: amazing, and you made that?
Kaneki: yes.
Miku: wow, but why does the helmet resemble a Dragon?
Kaneki: well, I got inspired by Knight Rider and on if my favorite Characters was dragon themed so I liked it so much I decided to put
Dragon horns on the helmet.
Azusa: amazing. Who would've thought a kids sho would make you create an actual armor.
Kaneki: yes, and it's very functional.
Ryueki: this just looks like some cosplay costume.
Kaneki: sigh~ Azusa can you shoot me.
Bang!
Azusa shot one of her guns at him.
Natsuki: hey why did you that?!
Azusa: he told me.
Kaneki: and look I'm still alright despite that strong attack.
Yuuka: awesome.
Kaneki: oh yeah, the second paper has different helmet designs and depending on which one you choose your suit will have different stuff on it.
Shino looked at the second paper and saw many helmet designs each with its own description.
Kaneki: I'll wait for your choice till tomorrow.
Sachi: really?
Kaneki: yup, so you guys better pick.
Sachi: cool!
Ding! Dong!
The bell ringed signaling lunch break ending.
Kaneki: oh well, times up you guys head back to class I'll be heading there later
Sachi: alright see ya!
Sachi then ran Straight back to class.
And everyone else wen back to their classroom.
Kaneki: alright, see you guys later.
Kaneki then went back inside his pocket dimension.
