Chương 49: Capitulo 49
Two days had passed since the meeting between his three women.
After that day, many things changed in Akira's life, the first was that Nyx seemed to be ignoring him, since after that day, she met him in the living room and told him that she would return to her pantheon.
Runeas was also the same, as she had gone back to the underworld, saying that she had things to take care of, and that because of this, she would not be able to see him for a while.
The only girl who remained in his house was Rias.
Unfortunately for Akira, Rias still resented him for lying to her, so he couldn't advance his relationship with her any further, making him sad for a while.
Another thing to be said was that Akira presented Rias and Runeas with a necklace each, and yes, this was the same necklace he had given to Nyx but in different colors.
But even though he gave the girls this necklace, the effect didn't seem very good, as they still ignored him.
At some point he realized that Rias had no intention of leaving his house, in fact he even saw her bringing some suitcases to one of the empty rooms. Unfortunately he couldn't ask her, what those bags were, since she still resented him.
"Luckily I still have time to mend that relationship, after all, there are still a few days until I go to Kuoh."
Murmuring those words, he removed the pokeball that was around his neck and watched it closely.
"I still can't believe I succeeded in capturing Ophis..."
Sensing that Ophis might be a good listener, he set the pokeball down, before pushing a button to open it.
Within moments, a little girl with black hair and pointed ears appeared sitting on the ground.
The little girl looked confused, a few moments ago she was in a quiet place while sleeping peacefully, and now she was back in the 'normal' world.
Looking around, she spotted Akira watching her curiously.
"Is it time to pay the rent yet?" She asked in an innocent voice.
Akira's heart leapt as he saw Ophis' innocent expression, he knew that if she wasn't one of the most powerful beings in the world then she would probably be taken advantage of by some pervert.
"That's right, come on I'll take you somewhere."
Saying this Akira stood up and walked to the front of Ophis, extending his hand in front of her.
"..."
Ophis stared at Akira's hand for a few moments, and as if she had realized something, she summoned a snake in her hand, and was about to pass that snake to Akira's hand, but before she could do that, she saw Akira retract his hand.
"What are you doing? You were supposed to hold my hand." Akira was confused, he didn't expect Ophis to be innocent to this point, where she wouldn't even know how to hold a person's hand.
"I see..."
Ophis seemed to have understood, soon the snake in her hand disappeared.
Deciding to try again, Akira reached out his hand to her, and this time she didn't let him down and held his hand gently.
Feeling Ophis' icy hand holding his hand, Akira's heart skipped a beat, he couldn't help it, but all the women in this world were fatal to someone like him, and even Ophis was no exception.
'Damn, I need to control myself!'
Shaking his head, he took Ophis to the back of his house, where there was a pool and some chairs to sit on.
Rias wasn't home, so he didn't mind Ophis being next to him, in fact, even if Rias was home, he wouldn't mind her meeting Ophis, in fact, that would be a good thing, since at this point in history Ophis was not yet considered a terrorist.
He let Ophis sit down on the chair that was next to the pool, and then went to get something that was stored in the fridge, making Ophis look at him confused.
It didn't take long before he came back holding something in his hands.
In his hands were some chocolate bars that he had bought specifically to give to Ophis. He knew that Ophis was indifferent to almost all things, but there was something she really liked, and that was chocolate.
Seeing that she was looking curiously at the things in his hand, he sat down in front of her, and began to open one of the chocolate bars.
After opening one of the bars, he broke off a piece, and handed it to Ophis.
"Try it, I think you'll like it." Akira said as he extended his hand.
Ophis looked confused at Akira's actions, turning her gaze to the chocolate in Akira's hand, and then staring at him, she nodded.
And her next actions left Akira shocked.
Instead of taking the piece of chocolate with her hand, she moved her head to Akira's hand, and before he could react, she had already taken the chocolate.
"Y-You!"
Akira looked at Ophis in disbelief, that action of hers... It almost killed him from the heart.
He never expected her to do such a thing.
"..."
Ophis did not seem to react to Akira's words, as at that moment she had her eyes closed and was savoring the taste of chocolate in her mouth.
A few seconds passed, and her eyes finally opened, and a glint could be seen in them as she stared at Akira.
"More."
That was all she said, as she looked at the huge amount of chocolate that Akira had brought with him.
It took some time before Akira could calm his heart, and seeing that his plan to conquer Ophis with chocolate, had worked, he gave a gentle smile as he handed her all the chocolates he had brought.
A small mountain of chocolates appeared in front of Ophis, and even though she normally has no feelings, her eyes sparkled.
Akira was again incredulous at the scene in front of him, and this time it was because he saw Ophis eat all the chocolates in front of her in a matter of minutes.
Looking at her flat belly, and then at her chocolate covered face, he didn't know how to react. All that was left was the bar of chocolates in his hand, which he was about to eat while talking to her.
Unfortunately for him, Ophis seemed to be aiming for his chocolate bar, as she stared at him with a wishful gleam in her eyes.
"Sigh! That's my loss."
Sighing, he handed his last chocolate bar to Ophis, causing her to nod. And perhaps because she felt bad for Akira, she broke off a piece of the bar in her hand, and handed it to him, the same way he had done to her.
"Try it, you'll like it."
She even repeated the words he had said to her.
With a self-deprecating smile, he was about to take the piece of chocolate from Ophis' hand, but she retracted her hand as she stared at him.
And as if she didn't want him to misunderstand her, she stood up and walked to his front, at the same time extending her hand with the chocolate towards his mouth.
'She wants to feed me?'
Sighing, he accepted his fate of being fed by the Infinity Dragon.
'Wait... Doesn't that seem wrong?'
By the time he realized this, it was too late, as his mouth had already taken the chocolate from Ophis' hands.
'Luckily the FBI didn't see that scene...'
