In the palace, Queen Maeve and her handmaiden were deep in conversation and turned a corner only for her to bump into someone. 

"Oh, I'm sorry….." The words trailed from Queen Maeve's mouth and her expression turned sour when she discovered that it was no one else but her nemesis, Queen consort Nirvana. 

As if they made a mutual agreement to ignore each other's existence, both women attempted to move only to step in each other's path. After a moment of silent glaring, they attempted to move again only to sidestep in front of each other three more times before finally giving up, deciding to recognize each other's presence at last. 

"Greetings, Queen Consort Maeve, what a surprise to come across your wholesome being," Queen Consort Nirvana said with unbridled sarcasm.
