Chương 60: You'll Be The Replacement

"Tucky! Forget what I said earlier. We're going to proceed with the shooting. Call everyone!" 

Tucky was perplexed by Carter's change of mind but didn't voice any complaints. He promptly called the crew, as well as Irina and Cecilia. 

"So, did we find a replacement?" Alan asked eagerly. He had assumed they would have to delay their work, but he hadn't expected Carter to find a replacement so quickly. 

( I underestimated him. ) 

Alan thought. He hadn't realized that Mr. Carter had the ability to secure another idol so swiftly. He had to admit that he was impressed. 

"I'm not sure, Mr. Carter should have something planned," Tucky replied as he left the room. 

Alan nodded. Finding another idol was not the only solution in this situation. Mr. Carter could always change the script if they couldn't find a replacement idol in time. 

Regardless, one thing was certain—the shooting would continue.
