Lucien couldn't help but curse under his breath as he watched the giant kobold laboriously carrying the colossal boulder. The situation looked dire; if that boulder fell on him, there was no doubt it would be the end of him.

The three other students he had managed to rescue from the giant kobold also wore grim expressions. One of them, a girl with fiery red hair, spoke up with a shaky voice, "This... this is bad, isn't it? We can't outrun that thing, and if it drops that boulder..."

Her words trailed off as the weight of the situation settled in. Another student, the bloodied young man, clenched his fists and said to Lucien, "We need a plan, and fast. Err...friend, can you took that thing down with your ability?"
