Cael felt the heavy attention almost as soon as the capital city of Freistaat appeared on the horizon. Dawn came right after, just in time to color the city's wooden walls in shades of red and orange.

The attention on himself distracted Cael from watching the view. He expected being watched on his arrival, but this was not a normal perusal. It was deeper, more invasive.
