The trees glistened under the sun. A shimmer of hope in the sky, however, I was in a dilemma. I had a minor headache. There certainly was something unusual for me, I sat down for a few minutes in the holy house. 

Everyone has forgotten Xerek and Ywain. From Prince Zephirin, Semius, Aarox, Rhon, Sezian, and Myron to Mikael, no one remembers the two men. 

The previous day went by in a blur. With me racing down the walls of the palace. Trying to find one single soul that remembers Ywain and Xerek. My efforts proved futile. 

I didn't make head or tail of how the two of them could be erased from the selective consciousness of everyone who knew and cared for them. 

Relaxing on the rocking chair, I tried to nurse the miseries of the sunny day. I closed my eyes to catch some sleep and waved my fingers in the air to draw the curtains closed. Dimming out the light in the room to allow me room to sleep.
