Joe ran to Hina and hugs her legs while smashing her face to Hinas stomach, Hina smiled then softly rubbed Joe's back while looking over to Ami who was talking to Oliver.
" Hina...that man is going to hurt Tai isn't he " Joe said with sobs as Jr walked over patting her head while softly telling her that Tai would beat the man.
" Hina we have two pipe bombs missing along with one of the hunting rifles with a box of Ammo, Olivers putting a lock on the door so no one will get in it again " Ami said while handing Oliver the paper as he carried the boxes back to the closet and was putting up a latch lock on the door.
" he must have taken the gun and bombs, it was probably hard to get to our Armory since it's locked with Winter watching it " Hina said picking Joe up to hold her, she walked over to the window looking outside the cabin when she seen an Old Trailer bed that had a bunch of junk while covered with brush and leaves.
" hey Len have Grady and Harold check out that hauling bed, maybe we can use that to get the items and scrap that he needs " Hina said as Len walked out of the room, She watched Tom and Johnny come out the door to the cellar as she waved at them.
" Alex will you all go make Tom comfortable in the trailer we use for the bikes to stay in for isolation until we can make sure the cut he received is fine " Hina said as Alex nodded walking off with Kyle following him out, Harold walked in with Grady giving Hina a thumbs up.
" how long until you can gave that thing ready to go " Hina said gripping her radio tight while Joe kissed her cheek making her calm down about Tai.
" well some of those college kids take shop in college so with everyone's help a couple hours at the least " Grady said as the college students gathered in the kitchen, Len is taking the shop as well and decides to help so they can leave to go look for Tai and get the stuff they need.
" ok thanks and Harold choose eight people who can best assist you with that stuff also if a fight breaks out " Hina said walking over to Oliver.
Hina handed him a tablet to document what they see and all supplies to keep better track of everything, while also gathering more data like Olivia wants them to do.
" give them eight and eight of those bombs in case they run into trouble " Hina said as Oliver grabs a small box loading the pipe bombs and Malotovs inside while marking the paper with what he took out, Harold seen the gun rack inside with the old rifles and grabs two of them out checking to see if they are in good shape.
" Grady this one I'd like if you'd make Jr's a good fit for him like you did Joe's " Harold said when Hino remembered a sixteen gauge that she has Grady working on for Jr but nodded her head with what Harold said, Grady smiled then motioned Jr to follow him with the rifle that Harold gave him.
" Hina I'd like to pull those out and teach some of those boys how to use this " Harold said as he rubbed his hand across the one he grabbed putting the strap on his shoulder.
" sure Harold take what you need...Winter can also take you inside the armory for other stuff for your trip" Hina said walking upstairs to her office carrying a sleeping Joe with her while Ali, Lillian, Taylor, Lia followed her up waiting inside the office while she laid Joe on her bed.
" ok...those two men that were in Bailey's group are no longer with us so don't bring them up and I need you all to come up with plans on the run with Harold on who to take. You can also decide to go and have three of my soldiers go as well, I'm sure Len will go to help them get the parts they need and Ali you know how to use the heavy machine gun on Tais Jeep...Right " Hina said sitting down on the couch while holding her head, Ali walked over with her arms crossed.
" we will take care of the preparations while you go rest with Joe, she'll be scared if she wakes up alone so trust us and go rest " Ali said pulling Hina up then walked her to the bedroom and shoves her inside, Hina smiled at Joe while she softly snores and changes into some sleep wear laying down beside Joe.
When Grady took Jr inside the workshop he pulled out a sawed off shotgun that was shortened on the barrel and stock to where Jr would have no problems firing it or holding it.
" now this can only fire two shells at a time but you can learn how to load it quickly as Grady showed him how to load it.. Hina wanted to make you something and found this 20 gauge inside the closet so she thought you'd like it.
" she had it made for me " Jr said with a soft smile while he caressed the wood that had his name engraved on it, he had tears running down his cheeks while looking at the gun.
" she cares for you the same way she does about Joe, hell we all care for one another here and we are now one large family...right " Grady said when Len came inside with seven others putting tools they'll need inside tool boxes setting them by the door.
" Len we will need Monroe and Barnes to go and also load the back of their truck up with supplies as well" Grady said as Len nodded her head in agreement while walking over to Jr and looking at the 20 gauge shotgun the boy was hugging to his chest.
" wow that's a classic" Len said in appreciation while Jr nodded his head smiling and showed Len the carving of his name and also the wolf on the other side that was very detailed.
" Hina had grandpa make it " Jr said as Grady smiled widely at being called Grandpa so he hugged Jr tightly while chuckling, Ali paced back and forth while Lillian went out to the work shop with a list that Len needs to ok it for the people they'll take.
Harold and six others already cleaned the trailer bed out and hauled it closer to the work ship, Oliver checked the tire rods and all of that was fine except for the flat tires that were dry rotted.
" we have two spares on the SUVs plus the jeep so Three spares that are the same size to fit the bed, I'm pretty sure Monroe's spare is the same as well so...four, do you think we can somehow do singles instead of doubles for the tires " Oliver said as he carried over one while Brax carried a tire in each hand over, KJ walked over with the fourth as Grady walked out looking at the bed scratching his forehead.
" well it'll work with four but we need to worry about the weight then " Grady said as he looked over at the blow torch he had sitting by the door.
" let's get to work " Grady said showing them the blue print of what he designed using what they have to make it work.
