Chương 134: Only Equal to Excruciating Pain.

Nicklaus spaced out as he stared at his office door in deep thought. It's been three days already since they fought and after that night she threw his shirt at his feet, Nicklaus haven't caught sight of Arissa around the house and it tormented him. 

Each night he got back to the house, he would spend hours staring at her door with a strong urge to walk in but he always pull away the moment he remembers she still thinks about divorcing him. 

It hasn't been easy for him. 

Particularly last night, he spent his whole night at her door, hoping to catch a glimpse of her but until 8:am when he left to work, she was nowhere to be seen. 

He suspected she left the house already but Rue always said she was inside, she just don't want to be seen and he was beginning to feel strangled. 

This whole thing burned him from the inside and it seems like she was his only saving grace for him to be at peace again.
