"Do you want to help?" Nicklaus asked looking into her eyes while he tenderly caressed her cheek. 

Arissa felt like she was with an imposter with the amount of gentleness and attention he was showering her with. 

'How did we get to this?' she questioned herself looking into his eyes and searching for answers. 

Seeing her hesitation to make a decision, Nicklaus rested his forehead on hers with their nose meeting each other. 

Staying in this position, everything became invisible as they only saw each other. They held their gaze with softness as wired feelings erupted in them. 

They felt blown away by themselves and it made it hard to stare away. Carefully, they tiled their head while leaning in but at the same time, they tried to fight off the force pulling them in but that was impossible as in the next moment again, they captured each other lips with all urgency.
