Chương 24: who is going to fix this up
Ever since we returned from our little revenge trip I've been kept under close surveillance, am not allowed to wonder off far and could constantly feel the watchful presence of some around me, to make matters worse my new bodyguard as I love to call her is a pain in the ass
Am in the sect training field doing a routine training, nothing too impressive to call attention to myself, at one end ammy lay tiredly on the relaxation chair, rocking it up and down in , "ahh this is killing, why me of all people" she suddenly screamed out in annoyance

"She is so impressed, are we going to get a chance to..."

"Go play with sand, I don't Fancy kids" I resumed my training, I could hear her shocked annoyed gasp
"What did you say, who are you calling kid, its your father that is a kid, infact your entire generation is a kid" she kept raining curse on me none stop
"I hope you get the guts to tell my grandfather hat when we get back to the mainland" flashing a wicked grin at her that fuel her anger more, she picked up a stone from around her, throwing it at me with her strength reduced

Slashing on the stone didn't work either, it evade it easily no mater how fast I am, I kept getting hit from all angle to a point one of my eyes now had a swollen patch, if not for it been bandage ammy would have laughed me to death
*clang*
The stone was shattered to piece by a minute eternal qi shot from one side of the training room, catching my breath I turned to that direction and could see Lora standing there indifferently, "if you don't have anything better to do with your time, than go cultivate, contest would be upon us soon"
"Do you have to interfere with the training section am having with him" ammy backed at Lora for disturbing the little fun she had created to entertain herself
Lora that was about to walk away stop in her track turning back to face ammy, "you call that training or bully, If you so much need to train why don't you pick up someone in your own size" scoffing at her as she grip the katana sword by her side hinting the meaning of her words to the other
"I thought you would never ask" she threw the apple she was munching on away grabbing the bow one the table beside her, I don't know if I should use three arrows or just one" speaking her thought out as she stare between her quiver and Lora
Lora remained indifferent to her words while the former took up three arrows nocking them all in her bow in one go as she pulled the string to the end before releasing them slowly but not letting the arrows of the bow, "now we can begin" she walked into the open space while I find one corner to watch from
I just witness this lady chase me around with a single stone, now she is about to go up against lora that had giving me the beating of my life, am not been judgemental but I ain't rooting for anyone to win, just here to watch the show
With her stepping out lora pulled her Katana out and was ready for the spar, they stare at each other like cowboy's ready to go on a show down, lora had her katana pointing to the ground with her eyes locked on ammy reaction
While the other held all three arrows in place in her bow facing ground too, I know this world i s different from the one I came from but still for one to nock three arrows at same time seems useless to me, at most only one would get to the target
Then again I recalled been chased around by a stone and was hit endlessly, it no doubt to say I swallowed hard replacing that stone iny head with an arrow, now I know why she is deadly, and it kind of reminds me of a skill flora had used on me
What if she got that same skill, or worse a Martial spirit with such ability, my hands were shaking from the thought already unknown to me, when I noticed I tried calming my hands by gripping it but both hands end up fidgeting from the thought, an invisible sweat pouring down my forehead
In a jiff ammy raised her bow aiming at lora pulling the strings to the maximum I could her the stretching sound of its string that had gotten tot the end and was still been pulled, the arrows filled with eternal qi she poured into it as she let it go in an instant
A swoops sound ranged out with the arrows shooting off at a neck breaking speed it had break through the speed of sound, only an after image of the arrow drawing a line behind remained in my sight as I watch my worse fear been born
Mid way all the arrows shooting of to different direction changed path like an invisible hand is guiding them as the all head for lora whose eyes are now glowing sun yellow, her sword edge covered in same colour of energy
Her speed was anything slow compared to the arrows as she leap into the air kicking one of the arrow off by the side while slashing on another, using her free hands to catch omhild of the last one throwing it away with great force while she continued her charge toward ammy now wielding twin short swords
The arrows that had been sent off soon turn again, regaining their bearing as the shoot back after lora from behind, ammy sent a couple if slash filled with qi and like the arrows they kept coming back at Lora more she deflect them
She manage to cut her way through getting close to ammy and they both became locked in hot combat with lora fighting her and the arrows with a few more energy slash that hasn't breaking down from her slash before
Done only one arrow was left flying towards Lora but was cut down at the last minute while lifting up to evade a few more energy slash form ammy, the fight range on with Lora clothes lookim torn on some part, ammy was fairing any better to, she had wounds on her small body
Doing a 180 diagonal slash, sun yellow like energy left Lora katana leading for ammy who had her eyes pop out seeing this move, it was just one as three more followed behind in succession, rolling over to an arrow not far from her leg she poured in every last qi she had while pulling the string of the bow hard
Her eyes pupils look with it a circle having a cross symbol on it, when she let go the arrow, the string of the bow snapped with the arrow shooting of double if not triple the speed of any arrow she had ever shoot, cuting through the attacks head towards her like it had a mind of it own
A griping sound rang out almost immediately the arrow left the now snapped string of bow, one Lora hand cover in same sun yellow energy is the nothing else but that same arrow, an with a snap of her hands the arrow broke
"I give" ammy quickly shouted before the attacks could get to her causing each of them to break down and dispersed into the wind, both figure fell down panting for breath, lora was way better than ammy having s backslash for using almost all her eternal qi in the last attack, "you everleafs should really locked away somewhere, your martial are so annoying" grumbling in unfairness
"So say one from the great Zero family that never missed, if they are to count the amount of sniping assassination on the main land, they are done by people from your sub sect with you dangerous martial skill copied from your martial spirit"
Both of them burst into laughter, that usual hostile between them was no where to be seen, "how wish flora was here to see how muchi held up against you"
"Don't sweat it ammy, you only last this long because you were giving me pressure" Lora chipped in cursing the other to frowny looked at her after wish they both again burst into laughter
"When you girls are done, can anyone of you tell me who is going to fix up this to so i can train once more" I craked my throat before asking the two before, who quickly turned towards the room and saw it was a mess from the battle the had
