She gestured for a hug and I did just that. "You know you remind me so much of your mother!" Mother said. I could recall she said the same at the Gala. "Do you know my mother?" I asked.
She sighed before giving an answer, "Yes I do, we were best friends!" Mother said. If she was my mother's best friend how come I never knew her. I knew for a fact mum doesn't have any friends, not that I know of. She clearly said they all betrayed her.
"You must have been really close?" I said and she nodded. "But we got separated after high school cause she lost her parents in a car accident. How come you don't know any of this?" She asked. "I never got the chance to know my mum better!" I said to her.
"You know we grew up together, we were like sisters. I've searched everywhere for her but couldn't find her. That was why, when I saw your pictures, I wanted you for Alex that very moment without a second thought!" I was agape by this revelation. She picked me for her son? How did she find me? I thought Dad sold me off?

"Anyways Alex have you seen the news?" Ben finally sat on the couch. "What's with that? And how's that my business?" Alex said nonchalantly. "I don't know, but you need to explain to the world when the multi billoniare, Mr Alex Wilson got married!" Ben said sardonically to have Lukas laugh out loud.
"What are you two talking about?" Alex said calmly. "Oh so now you know how to listen? Hello everyone, I'm so sorry to disturb your peaceful life my fellow citizens. But I'm really frustrated right now, I really do need help. So I want you all to help me apologise to my beautiful wife here!" Ben used a female voice to demonstrate this. Which cracked the hell out of Lukas.
"Can you stop your foolish acts and explain what the f**k you're talking about?" Alex said irritated. His words got the two men laughing, "You know Alex, I never thought you were this romantic. I'm so sorry for schooling you earlier!" Said Ben.
And just then, Gaius walked in, "Master Alex Jason's here to see you!" Gaius said gingerly at the intimidating faces starring at him. "Let him in Gaius!" Alex said.
He walked in Audaciously, "Good evening Sir!" Jason greeted. "Jason, state your reason for coming!" Alex said briefly and the brown haired man started. "Your flight for tomorrow's trip is ready, you'll be going to Germany by 6:am, so we can arrive early for your meeting. And also we'd be going to London in the next three days!".
"There's a disturbing news online about you and Madam being intimate at a restaurant!" Alex paused on hearing this.
So that was why Ben made fun of him!" He smiled at his thoughts. Jason waited eagerly for an answer from his boss. "Get that news off the net quickly!" Alex said. "Yes sir!" Came Jason's short reply before leaving.

In a slightly dark room a beautiful lady settled on her chair, twirling her glass of wine in her hand. "It seems I underestimated you Hazel!" She said. She was burning with range as she looked at the image of the kissing couple.
Berverly was still very inlove with Alex, she only left him to make him pay for not listening to her. She's always wanted to be his wife but Alex has refused to Grant her only wish. She thought of making him suffer by dating his cousin, her plans were working perfectly cause Alex proposed to her which she rejected.
She thought she was dealing with him until she found out he was forced to get married to another woman. She had thought he would never fall inlove with this woman cause she was confident he was still inlove with her, but she was wrong. Anyone looking at this picture could see the intimacy between this two.
She siped the remaining wine and smashed the glass on the wall along with her phone.
