Because it was Garp's vacation and he did not bring the warship, the place where the two of them are still some distance away from them. Go back to Marine Headquarters and go to the military court with me, and then stay in prison for the rest of your life." said Garp.
Meanwhile, ignoring Garp's reprimand and remembering Garp's shaving/soru in his mind, Luffy walked towards the short, orange-haired girl hiding in the bush.

He put his right hand on the back of the little girl's head and gently patted the other's back, which was still trembling.
"Wooo~ Why? If you guys had come earlier, Bell-Mère wouldn't be dead. Wooo~" The little girl who was hugged by Luffy finally lost control of her emotions and burst into tears.
