DEALING WITH MOSQUITOES
The only solution I can imagine to solving this problem may actually sound very ridiculous but let me give it a try. In the first place, eliminating mosquitoes is the wrong way to go about matters because they also have a role to play in Ecosystems by feeding on even more deadlier pathogens. Eliminating them may actually cause an over escalation of breeding on the part of even deadlier Pathogens.
The Solution to this problem is similar to trying to convince a person that their favourite food is actually very harmful and detrimental to their wellbeing, in other words, you will need to find a way to speak to the mosquitoes in their very own language, basically invite the mosquitoes to the negotiation table.
Fortunately, we all know the language that Mosquitoes speak. The language of Plasma/Plasmodium. It is not so much the Mosquitoes that are responsible for Malaria as it is the Plasmodium they inject into the Bloodstream.
There are many ways around this Rabbit Hole. One of them being to intercept the Mosquitoes' supply of Plasmodium. However to do that, one needs to know from where the Mosquitoes actually get the Plasmodium.
An alternate way is to ensure that the Plasmodium actually becomes a liability to the Mosquito so that the Mosquito cannot serve as its carrier or Supply Chain. So you can prevent both species from interacting with each other without necessarily having to eliminate one of the species and they can still carry on their duty of regulating the breeding rate of Pathogens.
