Chương 8: Chapter 8
The Justice League members, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Martian Manhunter, and Aquaman together with Zatanna, John Constantine, and Doctor Fate were gathered in the Watchtower.
Batman stood in front of the group, "Let's take a look at the footage of the fight between Flash and Reverse Flash new that we are all together again." He hit a button on a remote control and a large screen lit up, displaying the video of the intense battle between the two speedsters.
The Justice League members watched intently as they saw Flash using his speed and agility to dodge Reverse Flash's attacks. The Reverse Flash seemed to be getting the upper hand, but then suddenly, an unknown figure appeared, wielding strange and powerful magic. This figure used magic to create a symbol on Reverse Flash's chest, making him unconscious, and then disappeared with him as quickly as they had appeared.
John Constantine started the conversation, "I have to admit, I've never seen anything like this before. The kind of magic used on Reverse Flash is beyond my knowledge. I'll have to consult some of my old tomes to see if I can find any information on it."
"Me neither," said Zatanna, "The symbol on Reverse Flash's chest is unfamiliar to me. It's definitely not from any known magic."
Doctor Fate spoke up, "I also don't know what that symbol is, but even through the video, I can sense something dark, something demon-like about it."
What do you mean? Batman asked Doctor Fate
"What I mean, Batman," Doctor Fate replied, "is that the magic used on Reverse Flash and the symbol left behind have a dark, almost demonic energy to them. It's not something I've ever come across before, and it's cause for concern."
"It also reminds me of the Demon Trigon," John Constantine said, with a grave tone in his voice.
"Trigon?" asked Aquaman, "Who's Trigon?"
Batman explained, "Trigon is a powerful demon, a lord of the Underworld, known for his vast magical powers. He's been a thorn in the side of the magical community for centuries, and is considered to be one of the greatest threats to the world."
Wonder Woman added, "But why would he be involved in this situation? Reverse Flash is a speedster, not a demon."
Doctor Fate interjected, "Trigon is known for his ability to manipulate and control other beings, especially those with great power. If he were behind this, it would make sense that he would target someone like the Reverse Flash."
Green Lantern nodded, "But how do we even know it's Trigon's magic? Could it be someone else using similar magic?"
"That's what we need to find out," replied Superman. "We can't just jump to conclusions without more evidence."
Batman agreed, "I'll keep searching for any information on this symbol, and see if there's any connection to Trigon. In the meantime, we should search for Reverse Flash."
The rest of the Justice League members nodded in agreement, knowing that they had a lot of work ahead of them if they were going to get to the bottom of this mystery.
