I was recommended this web novel by a persistent friend who wanted my to perusal this novel. As a reader; I am awestruck by the author's vast and expressive vocabulary and not only that but his descriptive writing has thrilled me. I immensely enjoy reading the vividly written atmosphere and surroundings. The characters are distinct and attracts attention and suspense. After reading only 6 chapter I was greatly allured towards this novel and kept wondering about the incisive nature of the author. His writings has fervently peaked my interest and I am keenly waiting for the arrival of his new chapter with sheer zeal and enthusiasm.
I'm not a massive fan of fashion to start off with so you can imagine my surprise when I ended up being captivated by this. The character interactions and settings are such a treat to reach through. Writing quality is incredibly good, very consistent punctuation throughout all of the chapters making my read through very easy and enjoyable. The descriptions and details the author gives adds so much flavour overall to the characters and settings. Often going the extra mile to describe the expressions or mentality of they're characters or explaining further the area they are in. Story development flows naturally. allowing for the chapters to have a really good level of coherency throughout new releases. The events set up for the characters are really well established allowing for a much broader image on some of the characters and the jobs and responsibilities in their lifes. Character designs are high quality making them feel very realistic and believable, like you could meet them in person. Alongside this their expressions, mentality, dreams and goals are really well depicted giving the reader a much greater understanding of what thier working towards and how it effects them. Updating stability is great at the time of writing this, a new chapter was released 9 hours ago. The world background is given alot of attention to detail, fully describing how cutthroat New York can be in terms of job market or housing. Especially when those jobs are explored more and shown just how brutal it can be. Overall I really enjoyed the story so far. The characters are a lot of fun reading through. The author does a really great job at placing those characters in very interesting scenarios. Really feeling the characters joy and happiness. But as well as their unease and how a situation creeps them out. Really helps put the reader in the characters shoes. The latest chapters woo boy I don't think someone has managed to make me feel a characters uncomfort as much as this author.
I liked how the characters, especially Alisha have a tint of realism to them. She has moved into a new city, and has some scary skeletons in her closet, which makes her anxious and constantly looking out for herself. The story is interesting, and so is the way of writing by the author that ensues the mystery in each event.
The atmosphere, writing, and details are just amazing. This book truly brought me into the world, I love it!
Okay , so I've read till chapter 3 and i gotta say that your grammar is superb (guess ur from US, New York exactly xD) It has a pretty start which soon becomes a little darker when Alisha takes that call at dinner. It adds mystery to it like : 'Who called?' it's pretty obvious she knows the person by his voice. But then the second question comes :'Why did he said he'll find the two ?' like who is the second person he was talking about. Anyway what i mean to say is that it's a very intriguing story and you had me hooked. I'll bookmark it and read the rest later , maybe I will leave another review. Keep up the good work !
I came here from a review swap and I'll just say... you're a really talented author. You have just the right length for your descriptive paragraphs as well as a nice flow in your grammar. Your vocabulary is on point as well and I'm really impressed. I'm currently at chapter three so far and I'm liking everyone's interactions as well as Alesha. It was a good read, will continue reading until I catch up to the last chapter. Looking forward for more chapters. Cheers!
The story is thoroughly enjoyable as the characters are engaging and the author expertly places them in captivating scenarios. The characters' emotions are portrayed exceptionally well, allowing readers to experience their elation and contentment, as well as their apprehension and discomfort. This skillful portrayal of the characters' emotions puts the readers in their shoes, making the story more immersive. The recent chapters are particularly impressive as the author has succeeded in evoking a strong sense of discomfort in me. BOY, you made me cry ngl XD. I'll recommend it to my pals as well, Keep it up man, your work is really enjoyable ^^
this novel expertly weaves together themes of obsession, betrayal, and danger, resulting in a must-read for fans of the genre. I find the protagonist's profession to be intriguingly novel, and I commend the author for their creative efforts.
Here's some things I like and some things that can be improved. What I like: -The variety of characters. I like how there are many characters to think about and I like reading each person's story. I am particularly interested in Julia's story, why Ashley is so...well, mean if we're going to be PG :) and why Maria is so pushy too. To be honest, your female protagonist Alisha is not as interesting in comparison to the other characters, but there is a lot of mystery surrounding her. -The mystery aspect is quite thrilling. I keep clicking next chapter because I want to know when the weird things about the roomies will be revealed, and what will happen to Alisha in the story. That's quite cool that you have the ability to leave the readers on the edge of our seats. -The blend of slice-of-life genre with mystery/thriller/paranormal. I don't often read books that have more than two genres, and this story feels mostly SOL so far, but I am guessing you will add more and more mystery and paranormal as the time goes on in the story. I like how it's kind of fresh, in that the SOL part of the story isn't solely focused on what happens here and there but there are different threads being pulled together in the story. The way certain characters are introduced are quite memorable, from the dragon to the CEO and even the roommates acting hot and cold with Alisha. What can be improved: -Pacing. As I said, it seems like there are different threads being pulled together, but it's quite important to orchestrate well. At the moment it feels too dispersed and random whatwith the events occurring in the story one after the other in quick succession, with not much inner monologue or focus on building relations. I think it would be nice if Alisha had at least one ally instead of everyone being super weird or super nice one second and super evil and mean the next second in their attitudes. You could weave this in towards beginning to middle, so maybe around chapter eight to ten. -Plot and character development. I think Alex goes from nice to evil so quickly it's like I blinked my eyes and it all changes. It's the same for most of the other characters, so I think a slower pace would be better to pave the way for relationships between the characters and the story plot overall. I'm thinking about the overall arching plot, and not much has really been revealed except that Maria has some aversion to blood and the other characters are quite against Alisha? And we are already on chapter 19, so I think there needs to be something pushing the plot forward, a motivation of the protagonist or something would be cool. Overall, enjoyed reading through the story, and wish you all the best for your writing journey, keep it up!
The author has a strong sense of corporate environment and you can tell that they know what they're writing about in all aspects of the book. One thing I will say is that there are a lot of characters introduced at the start and it's hard to keep up with all of them when they all interact with each other often. There are hints of mystery among the romance and with the way the author writes, it's sure to be an interesting read!
Truly wonderful story so far. The descriptions and writing quality itself are great, really makes you feel for the characters and immerse you with everything. Wishing you the best for the future chapters author, will definitely keep reading along !

Interesting plot, intriguing concept, and well-designed characters. This story seems to be a collage amazingness. The descriptions are necessary for such a story, and the author does it perfectly. One thing I have noticed, however, is the sudden change in tense from past-tense to present-tense in between chapter 2 and 3. Other than that, the novel seems wonderful. Keep up the good work!
one word...amazing! the book is very captivating and though it doesn't mean alot from a beginner writer like myself I saw no errors well..not many. the dialogue are believable and the scenarios and descriptions are on point. I cant wait to read more of this👍👍👍

I've never really liked dark romance or horror, but this one captivated me and it just keeps drawing me in. I just can't stop reading. Adding this to my library.
This is a really nice story, exactly my type of genre. There's a lot of twists and I'm waiting to see what will happen next. The update is pretty good and I'll 100% recommend.
Stories full of intrigue and suspense are my thing, so just by reading the synopsis of this story I was already hooked on it. I admire your way of narrating what happens to Alisha. Keep writing please
The writing style is beautiful from the first chapter I read, but the characters give off a bit of blank sides seeming a little 1 dimensional at times, other than that its extremely solid. Better than mine anyway.
I really enjoyed the book so far. Great characters and the writing is top notch too. One small gripe I have is that it gets a little tedious when there is no clear direction of the plot. But that is just the beginning and it fixes itself slowly. But it is still a good read and you should give it a try

The writing style is fantastic, I can tell that you read a lot! Good grammar and proper use of punctuations, which highly contributes to the reader's comprehension. Also very descriptive, it gives me a better imagination of the world you created. Looking forward to the character development of the roomies. Well done!
The story is good and interesting, of course there are some flaws, but overall not really significant. The problems are in some repetitive narrative and monologue. But it just happened in earlier chapters, I don't see any problem in the newest one. Good job for the author!
This is great so far! A banger. I do wish the writer could have taken a bit more time to introduce the different roommates and their personalities. It would have been nice to ease into each one of the characters, rather than having their personalities come out so quickly, especially the negative aspect of their personalities because I feel like I know where this plot going. That said, the writing is really good and I'm sure it will do well. Keep up the great work!
