Chương 264: Regovan final!
I looked at the thousands of tentacles dangling from each other, they blocked all the light from the sky and made shadows.
Sophia was approaching to save me, Regovan glanced at her ominously as a warning however she ignored everything only for my safety.
"Mom stop, this is my battle."
"No, you are just a kid, you will lose your life," Sophia shouted, her phrase was palpable enough to make everyone think that she loved me deeply and think of me as an impulsive and oblivious spoiled child.
"Mom" I called her name in a soft fervent voice, tears dropping from her eyes as she looked at me.
"I will be fine. I told you before many times."
"I know, I have heard them more than a hundred times twice, but you always ended up in trouble," She said in frustration, she had listened to the same word multiple times in past and the outcome was often is same as I something ended up in trouble or being escape alive, luckily.
As the situation was getting heated, I couldn't talk with Sophia or fight against Regoven at the same time. After taking my final decision I looked at Sophia in determination yet with implored eyes. "Sorry, Mom, this is for a short period. System makes Sophia's body immobile."

As Sophia took a step forward, she felt that her body was being frozen, She tried to move her head but her muscles refused to move. "I can't move my body what is happening? Son! Don't go, Come to Mother."
I ignored her crying voice and walked straight to Regovan, but my heart was still in ache as Sophia's voice resounded in my, I remembered my father Ariel. "I need to care about those people who love me, without them I would be left alone."
I turn my gaze at Regovan. She patiently waited for my talk and leisurely rested above the tentacle. "Are you done talking?"
"System!"

After the System's response, my eyes were covered in a blue screen and saw a dashed arrow showing the way among small gaps in the tentacle.
[Are you planning to jump between tentacles? You have seriously gone insane.]
"I'm not and don't prejudge me before I even start." Speaking so, I tightly clingy Frsoty and went through the small gap, the other tentacles followed me and went through the gap.
"Exactly what I wanted."
"What he is doing? He simply jumps around the tentacle rather than defending himself. Has he found out some way? No, it's totally impossible. Once someone is trapped in my deadly dark tentacle there is no escape." Regovan thought and tried to find out what I was planning.
I jump from the ground before tentacles can touch me as I pass through another gap. The tentacle continued to follow until they weren't able to move.
I halted my moment and turned behind, the tentacles couldn't reach me, they were stuck among them and couldn't even able to move an inch. "Do you question my ability, Frosty?"
Frosty wasn't able to utter a word, she was in shock that I outsmarted Regovan in her game.

I heard their cheerful voices echo in my head, I felt a little bit cherished for being praised by my loved ones.
Sophia was frozen in the same palace and stunned when looked at the tentacles being stuck within each other. "My son, he is alive but he also survives Regovan's unbeatable magic."
Saga was visibly stagged as her army, they were sure that Regovan won the battle but the end result was entirely unexpected, "That kid... easily avoided all her tentacles so skillfully like a master."
Since Saga kissed me, she has always felt something weird happening in her heart, whenever she saw me commit to doing something impossible she started to get impressed even but thought that I was the killer of her son, and my feelings instantly scattered.
Regovan looked at me dumbfounded expression, she glanced at her tentacle and tried to process that I easily escaped her death game and trapped them with each other.
"Impossible! It's totally impossible. My dark magic! They are invisible, they cannot be defeated." She roars in rage and has completely gone insane over her defeat. I shrug my shoulder and snicker lightly.
"Nothing is impossible, you were just overconfident in your ability. Now it's time you join your boys in Haven." I walked toward her and released my icy profound aura. She felt chill in her spin and a step back in fear.
"You kid dare to threaten me, die." She wings her wand toward her tentacles and tries to retrieve them back in her shadows. I found a chance and immediately went to behead her.
She saw me approaching her at light speed, and without any lingering, she used her wand and summoned and huge tentacle. It quickly shielded her from my blade. "I'm not like those bastards, Xzson."
"I know, you are like a b#tch, Frosty" I spoke and unleashed my entire icy aura at the tentacle. My overwhelming aura instantly petrified the tentacles as I cut through and shoved into Regovan's belly.
"Aaahhhh!" Regovan screamed as intense pain of agony surged in her, but her pain was so shot that she couldn't bear it much longer and scatter in ice pieces.
