When i started to make this fic is was to be a bit a bit serious for some with comedy mixed in, and to be honest that was thrown out the window at the end of the first chapter I made however, there will still be examples of that for example, the fact that allmight's weight is a normal amount is a joke, including endeavor also some people would develop faster as a kid like momo(It was implied that she needs to know EVERYTHING about what she is making and with the amount of stuff she made in cannon i can only see her brain/body developing faster, starting early in learning along with a slightly early quirk awakening.) or the arm guy in 1A(don't remember his name at the moment but the dude is bigger than Shota A. Like talk about a growth spirt.) some laws may be changed or some taboos might be a bit more lax and not cared about so fair warning for the future of this fic.
