Chương 14: GLITCH FIXED
Emma Frost, aka White Queen, is the headmistress of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters. She is an Omega Class Telepath and is known for her unparallel beauty.
Huh? Shopping bags! She is carrying two shopping bags. So she was shopping here when the explosion occurred. But someone of her status is carrying her own bags. Well, maybe she wanted some alone time... Who knows?
"Thank you," I say.
Although she is a beauty, her eyes look icy cold. She is looking at the dead girl with a twisted neck lying near her feet. Man, she just killed the terrorist in cold blood in a blink of an eye. "Can't get a little peace in this city. Follow me..." She turns back and starts to walk.
"Let's go," I say softly to Jenny. She shook her head, and we began to follow White Queen.
I can see her milky white ass. Her dress is barely covering her bottom parts. Her butt seems to jiggle with every step she takes. Damn! She is sexy. I want to grab those two big jiggly mounds. I think it's strange. The floor is empty. Although there weren't many VIPs when we went inside, there were guards. And I don't see any one of those security guards or those VIPs. If I am not wrong, they are either dead... Or they are the ones who initiated the attack.
"Where are the others?" I ask.
"Dead," Emma Frost replies to my question with just a single word.
We walked to the elevator.
"Hide inside that store," Emma Frost says, pointing her finger toward a nearby empty store. Then she used her signature skill. Her body became a flexible diamond form. She is shining. I shook my head and ran into the store, grabbing Jenny's hand.
[Bang!!!] [Booom!!!] Sounds of gunfire and explosions came from outside. I am crouching behind the reception desk while hugging Jenny in my arms. All this time, she hasn't spoken a single word. But I can feel her trembling with each sound of gunfire.
Damn those fucking bastards. I want to go out there and rip them apart, but I can't leave her alone. Moreover, I don't think I can endure bullets and explosions even with my enhancing ability, and my Erotic Phermone is a target-based skill. If I were alone, I might have escaped easily...
Che... I need to get some AOE skills. I am sure Miss Emma Frost will take care of those bastards.
Well, that's what I thought until a shrill sound swept over the floor, and Emma Frost's diamond body flew and crashed into the store we were hiding. She is lying just beside the desk... I can see cracks on her diamond body.
"Cough!!!" She coughs out a mouthful of blood and tries to stand up while grabbing her stomach.
What the hell happened? I mean, she is Emma Frost. She is supposed to be one of the strongest mutants with dual mutation. But someone managed to put her down on her knees... Just what kind of freak...
[Baaam!] The desk turned to dust. We got nowhere to hide. The fucking bastard is standing before my eyes.
A blue skin man is standing before us. He is wearing a weird helmet on his head, and two black tentacles with yellow eyes are wriggling on his shoulders. He is a mutant, no doubt about that.
I glance toward Emma Frost. She turned back to her human form. I can see a troubled expression on her face. Her white clothes were drenched in her blood. That much blood... Shit!!!
Blood!!! Its blood. I... I want to see more blood. More blood... How does it taste? I want to... Kuggg!!!
Arggg! No! This pain in my head is killing me. Fuck it! That feeling. It's worse than before. I reach into my pocket for my medication. I need my medication... Where is it? Why is my pocket empty? Where is the little jar?
For a moment, I lost my mind. A sudden impact sends me crashing into the wall behind along with my sister.
Argg! I can't breathe. It hurts so much. Am I going to die? Why didn't my power activate? I fell on the floor with a thud. Jenny fell beside me. Huh? Blood? She is bleeding! She is lying unconscious beside me. Why is she...? Who? Who dares? I remember... It's you, mutant bastard. I look toward the freak standing before my eyes.
Red! Why is everything red?. All I can see is red. I can see blood flowing around me. It's weird and scary. I don't know what's happening to me, but I can see skeletons, veins, organs, and blood... I can see human anatomy with my naked eyes.

Hufff!!! Arggg! My head. What happened? I open my eyes and found myself sitting on a bed in an unfamiliar room.
Jenny! I need to find her. She was badly hurt. I got down from the bed and tried to run, but my legs gave out. I fell to the floor on my stomach with a loud thud.
The door opened.
"Brother!" Jenny yells as she runs to me, "I am so glad you are ok. I was so worried." She began to cry, holding my head. After a few minutes, she helped me up to the bed.
Haaa. She is unharmed. Thank God. I don't know who saved us. I am just glad that nothing happened to her.
"What happened in that store? That blue mutant... Did Emma Frost kill him?" I ask my sister. I mean... I should thank the person who saved us- Shouldn't I?
"You don't remember?!" Jenny replies with another question. She looks surprised, "I... Wait here. I will get the Professor..." She ran out of the room like a gust of wind.
Professor?! Then this is his place. I wonder if he is running or still sitting in his wheelchair. Well, I will know in a moment.
"Hey, System. Why did the emergency skill didn't activate? There was just one freak. Why didn't the Erotic Phermone activate?" I inquire. I need to know because that situation nearly got us killed. That freak was insanely powerful.
