Chương 16: Chapter 16 The battle that shook the world
A few minutes earlier
Artemis flew to the very back of the line but immediately stop when she felt someone touching her back and when she look up she saw Alex face and spoke.
"Finally you arrived"
"Whats the situation?"
Artemis explained to Alex of whats happening in the front and caused Alex to narrow his eyes a bit.
"Well i will use one of those skill" Alex closed his eyes and tried to remember what skills will he use until he remembered one of those skills

Alex looked at the red field around him and check his body condition after unleashing the skill he felt a little drain and a few minutes of waiting the filed collapse and return back to its surroundings and Alex calculated on how much energy he put on the skill and it will extend as long as he can feed energy
Now back to the present
Alex saw the titan commander charging at him and right now Alex can maintain the realm for 2 hours since over 30% of his energy was transferred and the remaining 70% would be left to fight the titan commander.
Boom Clang
Alex block the attack with his arms and drew his long sword and after exchanging a few blows alex tried to punch the sword but
SWOOSH BOOOM CRACK
Alex heard his knuckles crack when he punch the sword but didn't feel and and twisted his body and slashing his sword
To his body but it only pierce the outer layer of the skin and Alex Knew that he cannot kill him quickly and they exchanged sword blows as the armies behind fight tooth and nail while the forbidden cavalry disengage and engage to the enemy's rear and right flank and killing off isolated units and those who were huddled up blem up by stick grenade used by the germans in WW2
Alex didnt hesitate and unleashed everything he got and smashed the right shoulder plate of the Titan commander and the titan commander slashed downward causing Alex tried to dodge but it landed on his left leg heel causing large amounts of pain
'F*ck' Alex rolled back and gain his balance and Stand up straight but he heard internal bone cracking but ignore it
BOOM BOOM
They kick the ground and the air blew away and Alex unleashed Black violet flames and the titan commander roared as his red eyes glow more and his long sword sucked in all kinds of power nearby and charged At alex
'3rd technique indrath' As Alex charge his long silver black sword and his flames make trail to were the two most powerful attack in the battle
Boooooooommmmm CRACK CRACKLE
The two attacks connected and caused the dimension to shake and crack and even the souls of the dead soldiers who were fighting without care of their surroundings cease their fighting and gaze at the eruption of power and the dimension that damage begin to repair itself quickly
Alex saw as their blades held and the ground below caused it to crack
But Alex pull a black combat knife from his holster and got close to the head of the titan commander and with one swift motion he stab the black knife below the jaw killing him instantly
A few minutes later
Alex looked around but when the dust settled he felt another presence and it was another person not physical
Alex tried to move but his instinct was telling him not to move any further but his combat instinct forced to grab his sword on the ground and conjured lightning on his leg and sped up and a matter of mili second he appeared in front of her and that he knew it was a woman since it had long violet hair and her eyes were glowing holding a spear and a golden shield that had a owl and snake head drawn on it
But Alex didn't care and slashed his sword with all of his strength and this caused the shield to bend a bit and the shield was thrown away and alex didn't stop he pulled out his revolver and fired several shots but her strength is on par with Alex and moved the revolver in different directions
And missed all shoots but Alex press a lever in the revolver causing a knifie to come out and slashed with the bayonet revolver and got out of the grip of the unknown god and reloaded his gun and spoke something before engaging again
"Who are you?"
The goddess look back and spoke
"Im the goddess Athena part of olympus and i'm the strongest fighte-"
Before she finished she block an attack from Alex who tried to cut her in half with all of his strength but wasn't able to as she block the attack with her spear and the ground broke as Alex strength begin to resurface and both attack and defend in breakneck speed as their weapons near their most critical part and necks and Alex grab her wrist and pull it towards him but
Athena counter it but since their strength is almost equal it caused an sonic boom and the poor souls nearby were caught as their souls were shredded by the divine weapons and antimatter properties causing them massive pain
Alex did a roundhouse kick and created some distance from athena and swung his right fist down revealing a concentrated energy sword from the wrist and something materialise forming a black sword and both charged
In a matter of seconds athena dodge Alex attack and head straight for her shield and when she grabbed and turn around she instantly a full powered punch and behind her the ground was blown away
Alex punch it several more times causing fist marks on the shiled and slowly deforming and crumpled and when Alex was about to hit one more time but Athena landed a kick to his abdomen causing him to be blown away
Athena stood up and was breathign heavy and look at the spot were Alex landed but suddenly she felt a presence and jump to the side and moments later a black dragon passed at her spot
She swallowed hard but she decided to one last attack
She begin moving her mouth and Alex dosent know what it says but knows something is about come
'i have no choice but to use it' Soon Alex begin speaking but in a unknown laguage and his powers begin flactuating and his body begin expanding and muscles grown like a 35 year old muscle builder and the heat around his body begin to drop and soon the miscle begin to concentrate and shorten
Alex cough blood enduring the pain and Athena her hair begij glowing violet and her eyes begin to glow more and her hair begin defining gravity
And her height grew taller and thier powers begin clashing in the air and Alex side was the terrifiying power of balance while on the other side is athenas wisdom and war energy and the dimension begin to tremble by the weight of the powers
"Humanity will never conquer life but us gods are the judges of it" both spoke in the same moment and continued
"And mortal,gods, demons and dragon stand in a fragile balance who ever is the strongest and intelligent are the leader" soon athena raised her golden spwar and place a war helmet with a pheonix feather on top of her war helmet and let out a war cry that made the dimension shake to it near limit
And Alex responded with his own war cry but it carried more power and its almost like a dragon and demon and his power begin to grow
And as both war cry was a loud it caused the dimension to shatter and thier cries reach outside to the battlefield
Artemis POV:
She was directing the soldiers in the battlefield and the Draconia reinforcement came out of the dimension and told the victory but the battle of the two commanders were still unknown and right now she must lead the army even if she can't fight and right now everything is stable….
ROOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR
Soon the red dome shattered and the cracks let out the scream of two powerfull beast and filled with power and caused the battle to paused as they try to cover their ears and were terrified
Alex pov
Alex aimed the tip of his sword to Athena from a distance they look at each other for a few second and charged with all thier might
Booom booom
Their speed was on mac 10 and the sonic boom caused the ground to shatter and the dust catching behind them
Clang
Soon a defining explosion and those who heard it went inconscious due to thier eardrums erupting and right now thier weapons were in almost in breaking point and each smal explosion casued the ground to shatter
And sokn that explosion shoot not pangea but the whole world of Drasia as two powers caused an apocalyptic explosion and people slip and fell and the babies who were peacefully asleep cried hard and the food fell from the table and the waves caused temporary tsunami
And this was recorded as the world of Drasia trembled by two people
Alex look around and he look ahead he saw Athena in good condition but except for a few bruises in her face but Alex mask shattered and had a few bruises and the ground around them was erased nothing left and when Alex look up he saw the dimension cracking and breaking
"That was a good battle" Athena suddenly spoke
"Indeed never expect someone to be my equal" in battle Alex said while shaking his head
"Maybe we will meet soon but not in this form im a different athena not from this timeline im already dead in that other timeline" she soon begin walking and when there only a few meters away she tried to kiss his cheek and yes she tried
Alex grab her face and he move back slowly and Alex move around and when touching his sword it suddenly shattered
'damn i need to forge a new one'
Athena who daw this just smirked and spoke
"Dont worry hon we will sooner or later but in another personality" she slowly dissapered and turned to golden dust
But Alex was in great shock hearing the word 'hon'.
'is she joking!?" He just looked at the place were she disappeared and suddenly he grabbed his chest and felt the pain after working his body to its limits and fell to the ground and black out.
