World And Influential Families
The whole supercontinent— and by extension the world— is divided into 5 parts.
Northern Continent:-
The Northern Continent is the border between humanity and vampires.
It consists of 55 cities and it comes under the jurisdiction of the Wright family– The Lions of the North.
The head of the Wright family— Arnold Wright— serves under the Union Military as a general ranked (2nd highest ranked) soldier.
They also have another general ranked soldier, Arnold's sister— Darla Wright.
The most influential sect present here is Mount Hua sect.
Southern Continent:-
Since the Southern Continent is the safest continent, the majority of the soldiers appointed there are volunteers who have graduated from top military academies.
As such, most of the soldiers here have not seen war in a long time/in their lifetime.
The family that runs the south is Netyoive— a family of high elven origin. They are called House Of Stags.
The head of the family— Raehna Netyoive is a general ranked soldier.
The South consists of 62 cities and the sect present here is Southern Edge sect.
Global City is an isolated walled enclave island somewhere within the great southern oceans.
It was mentioned in the novel that this city has the most advanced technology along with a few of the most powerful people residing in it.
Eastern Continent:-
Since Eastern Continent is the nearest army base to the Northern Continent, the soldiers here are experienced in war.
The east comes under the jurisdiction of the Vermiër family— The Blacksmiths of Gods.
Their family, although it is a military family, does not possess any soldier titles. The Vermiër family specializes in tech and blacksmithery.
The Eastern Continent consists of 57 cities and the sect situated here is the Wudang sect.
Western Continent:-
Under the jurisdiction of the Morningstar family and their 2 general ranked soldiers, the west is a peaceful place.
Morningstar family, also known as the Wolves Of The West due to their motto—"Family above all."—is given full freedom to execute their will on the West.
Much like the Vermiër family, the Morningstar family is also bound by law to send their soldiers to help the Wright family in the north at the first word for help.
The west consists of 59 cities and there is no sect currently present in the west.
Central Continent:-
The Central Continent is run by the Central Government— who are like rulers of this world as the word from the Central Government is absolute and the seat on the Central Government is hereditary.
There is no sect here and the Central Continent consists of 61 cities.
