"Toussaint, she was supposed to beg to be back, not out of here." Rogers stated right away when he saw the detective in his office. They were back to British Columbia; Toussaint to work, and Callaghan on med break, since the surgery she had to go through. The bullet grazed the artery, but thanks to Chyler's fast response and the paramedics' help, the surgeons were able to save her life. Not that she wanted to talk to Chyler ever again, though.

"What are you talking about, Jared?" she raised her eyebrow, looking at him quizzically, sitting down on the chair she was pointed to. He slid a paper towards her and she glanced at it, freezing. "Callaghan... resigned?" she leaned forward to see it better, and her intestines twisted when she saw the reason.
