"Let's change our route," William knew how to better deal with these monkeys, and yet he decided against fighting them.

During the past battle, many of his team members got exhausted and wounded. Even with using potions, they only healed most of the wounds, but didn't replenish any spirit power.

No one here was like him. They got their basic and rudimentary techniques to replenish their consumed spirit power. But they needed a longer time than William. And so, the latter decided to give them more time to return to their best shape before getting into another fight.

Taking such a detour cost the team more time without actually moving forward. William didn't care about that and kept watching and listening attentively to the world around.
