The Sanitation Worker launched an airstrike using airplanes, which allowed them to communicate with the Serpent People, giving them air superiority and the ability to use attack aircraft for ground strikes.
But on the battlefield, the saying "everything can change in an instant" was fully embodied.
Ram seized the opportunity of the Sanitation Worker's interference but also the chance for airplanes to take off without being attacked by the Serpent People. They deployed all of their stored helicopters, and during this brief window, they launched a desperate attack.
For Ram, if those planes could only stay on the ground then they would be scrap metal, already scrap metal. So, seizing an opportunity to make full use of these otherwise useless helicopters was just for a one-time action, even if the helicopters had no chance of flying back. They had to give it their all in one fell swoop.
