Learning that there was a being of immense power that had been sealed god knows when in the world and that it was trying to break out was shocking to the four people who needed some time to process it, but not too much as Lyle and the others were going to leave soon as they knew that time was slowly running out.

The corruption was spreading faster than anyone had anticipated, and the fall of Ravencourt had thrown the entire region into disarray. With the Flowing Wind Empire teetering on the brink, Lyle's group needed to act decisively.
