"We are nearly there, commander." A soldier hurriedly came to report as a man who was sitting inside a carriage nodded his head before looking out.

Hills, mountains, and a forest were all that he could see around them. An army of 1000 elite soldiers had been sent with him to make sure that the enemy that was making trouble in the city would be defeated.

The man sighed as he didn't understand why the royal family had suddenly decided to send him, one of the most powerful people in the Iradel Empire, to this border city that they never cared about. 

He knew well of what his cousins who controlled the entirety of the empire were thinking. Even if they took full control over Zione, they wouldn't use it to train a lot of troops as they simply didn't have enough contacts to make sure every single person sent here would be fully loyal to them.

Skeptical, not trusting, very possessive, that was how he would describe the rulers of the empire.
