'Dammit, I can't hold on much longer.' Lyle thought as he glanced at the lion before looking behind it to see how Ruby and Drakor were doing. The Crogor had joined the battle and was fighting more aggressively than before, which put a ton of pressure on the two. 

The Silver Knights did the best they could to help them out with long-range attacks, but they were barely able to deal any damage to the powerful monsters.

Lyle clenched his spear and got ready to fight the lion again. His injuries were not light, and he had barely been able to do anything to the powerful monster that was currently not even taking him seriously.

It was looking at him like he was a mere toy that it would use to pass the time before going back and finishing everyone else.

The lion stepped forward and Lyle suddenly closed his eyes. He used his blood manipulation to sense where the lion was and simply waited.
