Moon Goddess Selene's hands were curled into fists. She was so mad at him that she wanted to kill him. But a quick death was too easy for Markus. He needed to be properly punished. She didn't know if he could ever be redeemed.

"As the last part of your punishment. I am taking your wolf away from you. You shall be a werewolf without a wolf form."

Selene reached her hand into Markus' chest. He was still begging for mercy as she extracted the soul of his wolf right out of him. With that, Markus could never shift into his wolf form ever again.

Safira covered her mouth in shock. This was one of the most severe forms of punishment there was.

Once the process was done, Markus passed out from his wounds and punishment. The vines released him, causing his limp body to fall to the ground with a thud.

Selene let out a sigh as she dusted her hands off and turned her attention back to Damien and Safira.

"Sorry about that. Now, where were we?"
