"Looks like someone got railed today." Selene rolled her eyes as she watched a worn out man rush in, eyes burning in anger.
"I feel humiliated." He groaned throwing the half torn shirt to the couch.
"Taking it in the ass is not always easy, it seems. Now you know the pain?"
"I am not in the mood to laugh at your dad jokes. It was a freaking limited edition shirt from Saint Laurent and it got ripped in a jiffy."
"You are sad about your money? How did this even happen? Who took the courage to strip Lucifer, the devil, out of his shirt in earth?" Selene asked swirling her ninja blade.
"Of course, my shirt matters. I have to be perfect all the time and to bring to your kind notice, no one stripped me. I bumped into someone and she pulled my shirt to balance." he explained, changing to a new pair in hurry.
"Oh, another girl. Lucifer only attracts girls and troubles as said by someone wise which happened to be me. Are you disappointed at it?" she snickered knowing how much it would irritate the other.
"Oh, come on!! Time is up and you got to feed that little earthling now."
"Too much of a concern to an enemy. Does Lucifer own another personality on earth? The epitome of kindness and observation is coming from none other than the great King of Hell, the devil." Selene laughed out, the laugh wrapped in sarcasm.
"Just leave before I kick you out with my dear legs. I have a small deal to attend to." He gave her a pressed smile and Selene rolled her eyes before walking out, muttering random words to herself.
"Glad!" he mumbled before taking a box from under the bed and rushing out right behind.

"Hello Marcus, I am here with the thing you asked for."
It was a garage that was under construction, workers scattered over the building as they were bickering and having fun. Some sitting in a circle at the corner, smoking in some dried leaves and powders and two of them beating the shit out of each other which was impressive for the man in the suit. The said man, named Marcus came forward as he rubbed the grease in the back of his pants, making it turn grey.
"Look who we have here. The sponsor of our new venture and I am glad to welcome you back to our world." Marcus said keeping his hands forward.
"Ohh, hey.. hey.. hands, I am a little allergic to dust." Lucifer ironically muttered, not wanting to shake his hands with someone's greasy hand.
"I meant the box. Give it." Marcus caught up quickly making the other a little embarrassed.
"Oh sure, always hawk eyes on someone's money and that is how you are still in this place." He looked around once more, displeasement washing over his heavenly face once again.
"People like me belong here so that the people like you can rest in luxury."
"Whatever, keep this and consider the deed done. Just a reminder that you are now owing me big time and it can come around whenever it pleases me. You wouldn't have the option to say no to me then.
"Well considered. Wanna grab a roll?" Marcus asked pointing to the people in the corner.
"Looks fresh but drugs are not in my vocabulary unless someone reeks me with it." He shrugs his shoulder, running his ethereal slender fingers over his brown curls.
He walked out glaring at the man, his eyes turning red for a flash second and it sure didn't go unnoticed by Marcus who froze on spot. He never discloses his identity but at times, it becomes a necessity to let people know his truth. No one should dare mess with him and for that, two or three small tricks would be enough.
"Your agreement is sealed properly, Marcus, and I will make proper use of it when the time comes. Hope you will learn to stay within your limit soon." He smirked before getting on the back of his luxurious Bentley, immediately pulling the girl next to him for a heated kiss.

"Did he just disappear from the hospital? I can't keep running behind him like this." Kristen complained while chewing on her burger.
"Miss, anything else?" a waiter asked.
"Sure, a plate of Lucifer's flesh and bones." she hissed at herself before shaking her head as a no to the waiter.
"I told you, it is not that easy to get him in your hands. This is just the first day, so take it slow." Cristian assured while sipping his Americano.
"But, I knew where he was and only if it wasn't for that dumb little brat who pushed me down." she glared at the shirt fabric which was peeking out from her half-opened bag.
"Hey, it would have been a mistake. Let go of it instead of boring holes in that fabric."
"He didn't even help me up. Is this the human manner? If then, it is very disappointing."
"You tore his shirt and it looks damn expensive so be happy that he didn't sue you for it. And about this little nuisance, take me with you the next time." Cristian suggested.
"I don't want anyone else involved in the mess, he might recognize you." She shook her head while wiping the crumbs off her chin as the burger was done.
"You need to find a way to help me with you."
"You said Lucifer is into girls so taking you with me would end up giving him an impression that I am with you or something. If that is his weakness then I am making it my strength. I will stoop down to any level for this one thing even if it is not my agenda." she looked very desperate while saying those words.
"As you wish, Lilah but just keep in mind that you have me and everyone else if needed. You are not alone." He smiled.
"I am grateful."
