Mia opened the door to Gabriel's room. She closed the door slowly behind her when Gabriel lifted his head to see that Mia had entered the room.

"My beautiful woman," Gabriel said as Mia found her way to him. Gabriel acted as if he knew nothing and was just happy to see his woman.

"What took you so long, my queen?" Gabriel uttered as she sat down.

Mia had an unreadable expression on her as she sat next to Gabriel. "Sit comfortably, my dear. Is anything the matter? You look dull, are you okay?" Gabriel held Mia's face with concern.

Mia raised her eyes only for Gabriel to see tears bubbling in her eyes and the next moment, she grimaced and began to cry.

"What have you done to me, Gabe?!" Mia cried. "What did you do to me?" She wailed again.
