Before Lucifel could go further into his courtyard, he noticed the presence of his father. He then turned back to see Esmeralda holding the king's hands with a frown on her face.

He paused and frowned also before he heard her, "Brother Lucifel said he is going to ground me just because I took him by surprise!"

King Griffin rubbed his daughter's hair and then said, "What do you want me to do?"

Seeing them, Lucifel waited until his father came to him while having Esmeralda by his side.

"I want you to ground him instead, father," she pouted her mouth as she looked at Lucifel. "He thinks because he is older, he can order me around. Since you are older you have the right, don't you?"

"Esmeralda..." The king's voice came out slowly.
