Chương 13: Chapter 8: Joining a Group
"Hey!" yelled one guy.
"What's wrong?" Tahara asked.
Are you asking what's wrong?" the guy replied to Tahara.
"Take a good look at the sky," the guy told Tahara as he pointed up at the sky.
Tahara raised his head as he noticed pieces of stones falling from the sky.
"Is this a meteor?" Tahara asked the guy.
"This isn't a meteor," the guy replied.
"All the stones seem to be falling at one place and not at different places," the gentleman explained.
"It seems it beginning to stop," the gentleman alerted Tahara.
Everyone then got closer to the rocks to take pictures.
A notice immediately appeared on Tahara's system and it read.
<<Defeat the Golem.>>
Tahara immediately noticed that the Golem his system was referring to was the stone that was falling from the sky.
Tahara then shouted for everyone to run but no one heard or listened to him.
"This is bad!" he said.
As one woman touched the stone, it cut her and a drop of her blood fell on the stone.
The stones then began to shake as an eye appeared in the middle and hands were beginning to form.
Everyone began to flee but the golem caught some of the people as it was eating them up.
Many policemen and soldiers brought their cars and began firing at the golem.
"It is no use," Tahara said.
After firing some shots, the stones blasted as more and more golems were forming.
"The more they shoot, the more the golems keep on forming," Tahara said.
Tahara ordered the policemen as well as the soldiers to stop shooting but still, they wouldn't listen.
"Is it because I'm an F-rank swordsman?" Tahara asked himself.
Soon, some rank D and C swordsmen arrived at the scene and ordered the soldiers and policemen to stop shooting.
They stopped at once as the swordsmen continued from there.
The swordsmen tried to slash down the golems but still, more and more were forming.
"This is no use, if I don't act quickly, everyone will die," he said.
Tahara then pulled out his sword from his system and then threw his swords which were Sweeper and Keeper at the boss.
When he threw his swords, they both pierced the boss golem and it exploded as the rest of the other golems also exploded.

No rewards for this mission.
"I should have known," Tahara said.
"What the...," a guy said.
"Who swords are those?" a guy asked.
Tahara then snapped his fingers as his swords withdrew back at him.
Tahara then came close to the swordsmen and addressed himself.
My name is Tahara Kado
I'm an F-Rank swordsman.
"Kado!" one girl said as she placed her fingers on her chin
"An F-rank!" a guy said as he began to laugh.
"An F-rank swordsman can't pull this stunt," the guy said as he continued laughing.
"It seems you are getting out of hand, boy," the guy said.
Tahara then pulled out his swords as they were close to the guy's neck.
"It seems you are making a big mistake fool," Tahara said.
"Try me and you will have a taste of sweeper and keeper," Tahara asked him.
Everyone was surprised as to how Tahara managed to get his sword close to a C-rank swordsman.
"I'm sorry," the guy apologized.
Tahara withdrew his swords and then asked him to introduce himself as well as his group.
My name is Sugawara Reizo
Rank C swordsman
"And the rest of you," Tahara asked.
"I'm Juba Gen
D-RanK."
"I'm Samon Kenji
D-RanK"
"I'm Miyaguchi Mikazuki
D-Rank."
"Mikazuki, I've heard this name somewhere," Tahara said as he placed his finger on his chin.
"I'm of the lowest rank in this group I suppose," Tahara said.
"What was that thing anyway?" Juba asked.
"It was a golem," Tahara replied.
"A Golem!" Juba asked.
"Yes! Made of stones or rocks, can multiply, you know," Tahara tried to explain.
"Anyway, you said your name was Tahara Kado right," Miyaguchi asked.
"What of it?" Tahara asked.
"Seems I've heard that name before," she said.
Tahara then went close to Miyaguchi to ask her whether she remembers anyone of that name because he has been getting memories of someone advising him when he was little.
Miyaguchi replied to Tahara telling him that she doesn't remember any man of sorts but she'll consult her ancestors for answers.
"Answers!" he said.
"What are you doing here?" Sugawara asked Tahara.
Tahara didn't reply to him but just looked at stared at him.
"Where are you guys going?" Tahara asked.
"A new tomb was found not so far from where we are so we were going to check that put before the golem appeared," Kenji replied.
Tahara asked if he could accompany them to the tomb since he has had the feeling of what happened in the temple way back.
Everyone agreed except Sugawara
"I don't know what you are planning to do but so far as you are a swordsman, I still see you as my enemy," Sugawara explained.
Tahara smiled at Sugawara saying, "whether you are my enemy or not, I'll still follow you," he said.
"Tsk! what an idiot," he said as they began to walk down the city side.
