Chương 15: 1.14 You Were Right

Caspian looked at the tablet on his desk and took notes. He sped things up since he has a lot on his plate. He's been working at the company Salvatore secured, for more than a week already.

It was only supposed to be a week but since he entered this universe, numerous things changed. He planted seeds, and they grew. It created ripples, and the timeline is no longer the same.

The good thing is that right now everyone believes he left the imperial capital. He gave the original's middle name and goes everywhere with a mask. No one knows his identity. Since no one has seen him for a while, the Ellis household sent people to track him.

Caspian made sure those tracks would lead outside the imperial city, of course. He's been surveilling them using Silas, and things are going as planned. When his cell phone rang, he turned it, and it stopped.

Silas frowned and asked:

"What happened with Salvatore?"
