By the time my body was done convulsing, I was too weak to even stand up. Benedito helped me up from the toilet and flushed it for me. He slowly led me back to the basins so I could brush my teeth. The air between us was so tense it almost felt suffocating. 

He would constantly open and close his mouth as if he wanted to say something before he shook his head. We both looked terrible and I wondered what had happened from now to a few hours ago when we were having too much fun painting. 

"Bobby," he softly said as he looked down to the ground once I was done brushing my teeth and rinsing out my mouth with mouthwash. I was leaning on the vanity as he did the same. We did not face each other. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you everything from the beginning."

I shook my head as I felt my throat close up, "If you did I would have left."

"I know," he sighed.
