Chương 2: The Fiction Summoner: Chapter 2

Alex showed a big smile when he saw that he got an epic skill.

In this deadly environment, that's a lifesaver.

Mainly because he now knew new details that showed the exact distribution of skills.

[Human Beginner Skills distribution:

E (E-,E,E+): 90%

D (D-,D,D+): 1%

A (A-,A,A+): 0.000001%

Though he didn't understand why he got an epic skill.

'Wait, I have the number 3, right? That should be the reason. It's at least the only indication I know of. But if that's the case, did numbers 1 and 2 also get an epic skill or maybe even a legendary or mythical skill? or maybe the first 100 people got an epic skill. There are so many combinations I can't be sure.'

Alex stopped thinking about it and started to calculate how many people got which skill on average.

He didn't know exactly how many people there are on earth and whether everyone can participate in this game, but he assumes that a maximum of 7 billion people are capable of playing this game anyway.

Alex doesn't think a 3-year-old has much of a chance of surviving even if allowed to participate.

-----

D (D-,D,D+):70 million human total

C (C-,C,C+): 700,000 human total

B (B-,B,B+): 7000 human total

A (A-,A,A+): 70 human total

Epic: 7 Human total

-----

it wasn't important for Alex to be exact, it was enough to get an approximate estimate. whether 6,7 or 8 people an epic skill have at the end is not important to Alex. He only needs an approximate number to be able to compare himself with the other Human participants.

Now he was even very sure that the first 7 humans all got an epic skill. Although that was just a guess, he believed that Mathematical probability speaks for this speculation.

Or how likely is it that Alex with the number 3 happens to be one of the 7 people out of 7 billion people who got an epic skill?

Alex also had another guess. When he read that [because of the low race value, all humans gain a Skill at the start] he had the feeling that all other common and inferior races also got a start skill.

It could even be that, depending on the race rating, there is a higher chance of getting better skills. That would make sense for Alex. it follows the pattern.

It seems to Alex that the creator of these games doesn't want all the common and inferior races to be ripped apart by high races thanks to the high starting point so that he gives some benefits to these low races.

Especially the last text of the Creator gives hints to this theory.

But that also means that possibly some participants from inferior races walk around with Legendary skills. And even with better Epic and A, B, and C skills distribution.

While the chance is extremely small that Alex, will encounter a competitor from Inferior Races with a Legendary or Epic Skill, is it not entirely impossible. He kept this knowledge in mind so as not to undervalue participants from inferior races.

Alex stopped thinking too much and started walking in the direction of the house in the middle of the small "village".

In this wooden house, he saw a campfire in the middle of the room, which strangely does not emit any smoke.

He knew instinctively that this is the heart of his territory and upon destroying it Alex will lose his territory.

Without his territory, he cannot enter the shop, auction house, or summon units.

Each race has a different thing than its territory heart.

For the Humans, it's the fire. which Alex can understand a bit. Fire was probably one of the most important "inventions" along with tools that allowed man to become the ruler of his planet.

He sits by the fire and saw a hologram over the fire.

Alex now saw new information. He seems like he can upgrade his territory here.

He felt it was becoming more and more like a game.

He hits [World Chat] and Alex saw a text wall moving at a ridiculous speed.

Alex was able to manipulate the text wall with his thoughts and adjust it so that he can read relatively well, of course, he couldn't read all the messages, but after 10 minutes he gained some important information.

1: Only Humans who are older than 13 years participate in this "Game".

2: All diseases, loss of body parts, etc. have been cured.

3: Outside the beginning area there are "monsters" that can give resources when killed.

with points 1 and 2, Alex was very sure that they were correct. There have been too many people who have confirmed this statement.

At point 3 Alex was only relatively sure. There were a few who said that, but Alex doesn't necessarily believe a small number of Humans. Especially in this death struggle, Alex didn't believe very much in humans.

For Alex, Humans are just a little more believable than any other race. The main reason for this may be that he grew up without a family and is therefore more suspicious than the average human.

Alex opened the [Auction house] next and saw some Humans selling stuff.

He also knew that each race has a separate [auction house] and each participant can only sell 10 items each day. you can buy as much as you want.

Alex felt that this restriction should prevent specific participants from surviving with only the [Auction house] function. In an exchange of Humans, it is easy to get very rich for a small number of Humans under the right circumstances.

There are already many items in the [Auction house], even if they looked pretty useless to Alex.

2 units of wood for 20 gold

4 units of stone for 25 gold

1 unit of wood for 10 gold

1 unit of stone for 21 gold

1 unit of stone for 3 gold

...

Alex didn't really understand why some people start collecting wood or stones to sell when they don't know the value of these things.

He searched for building drawings and even found a few options here.

Alex was impressed by how quickly some humans got such items. Although he was very disappointed when looking at the quality of the article.
