Chương 16: Flash Drive

"Thank you," Phoenix smiled and left for the elevator as if she was already a staff of the company. She got in and punched in the number for the last fall with only one risky mission in mind. She needed to introduce herself to David while carefully dropping the flash drive into Charles's pocket.

She knew this undecided and reckless stunt she was pulling would infuriate Alpha but she cared less. Every instinct in her was telling her that she was making the right move and her instinct had never failed her in the past.

But the dilemma that she had yet to figure out was how she would get close to Charles under the watchful eyes of David and his assassin bodyguard.

"One way or another, I have to get this flash drive to Charles, otherwise the missing drive would be traced back to me since he gave me a ride."

Phoenix tried to encourage herself that she was doing the right thing.
