Chương 75: Chaos - (Makai's Point of View)

After Aris leaves, Storm beams at me with happy blue eyes, filling my nostrils with the sweet smell of candy. "We did it, Kai."

I smile at my mate. "Yes, Sunshine. We did it."

Glancing at the drinks Aris had ordered, I ask, "Do you want us to stay for a while or return to the hotel?"

"Can we just leave? I'm in the mood for quiet time with my mate."

"I rise and give him a hand. "Let's leave then."

We were in the elevator when we received Aris' message with our flight details for our return home.

"We have just a few hours left here. Are you certain you want to spend it cooped up in our suite?" I ask my mate.

Staying indoors is normal for me, but I know how much of a social butterfly Storm is.

"Yeah, I'm sure."

He gives me a smoldering look. "I'm in the mood for something else entirely."

Oh. I give him a look of my own. "I can get behind that."

Laughing, I push the door open and into an ambush.
