" What are you shocked about? Is it wrong for a small cat to kill this monster?" I asked.
Inside the labyrinth I had met a lot of many monsters that were half of my size yet they can pulverize the double-headed monster in front of me.
That's why seeing the Rabbit girl got shocked seeing me kill it, somehow made me think if she's an idiot or what....
" No, no, no, I mean you're small and despite your height differences you beat this Diheador in one move.... And it's very surprising to see a talking Monster."
" Are you an idiot of course I would talk, what do you expect me to do meow or something?" I stared at her strangely.
" Um..yes? I mean you're a monster and all." She said but somehow unsure.
Somehow hearing her say that I'm some kind of monster annoyed me.. is she an idiot or has she just never seen a cat before.
" Stupid Rabbit! I'm not a monster! I just transformed into this form, but I'm human!" I said.
" I- I see..." She said clearly not believing my words.
I was about to say something but Hajime spoke. " Alright! That enough! For now, let go of me!" He punched the Rabbit girls head making a large bump.
" Ouch!" The Rabbit girl cried in pain and somehow seeing getting punched by Hajime felt pity on her.
" So who are you? You suddenly came towards us spouting nonsense after all." Hajime asked.
" I'm Shea, Daughter of the Chief of the Haulia Rabbitman clan." Shea suddenly stood up while still holding the visible bump startling us. " Please save my family!! I'm begging you!"
Seeing her acting so desperately somehow made me feel a little guilty, so I looked at Hajime and said " Hajime, Why don't we listen to what she has to say first? After that we decided whether we could help her or not."
" I also agree with this, seeing her acting so desperately, there must be something bad happening." Scàthach added.

" So your clan was driven out from your home huh?" It was quite understandable now after hearing what Shia was talking about her family.
The Rabbitman clan were Demi-humans that were very kind in nature, they are the only demi-humans who don't fight and prefer to live in peace.
And hearing that their clan was banished from their home, it's normal that they were going to be attacked by monsters, Having no combat prowess whatsoever and the knowledge of how to live on their own. It's expected that after a few months or a year their clan is going to be extinct and wiped out from the world.
Their fate is the same as being executed...
" Then, Can you tell me about your family?" Shia nodded and started to talk.
" Yes, My family. The haulia, Once lives in the village within the depths of the forest of Demi-human county called 'Faeabelgaen' " Shia paused for a moment as her Rabbit ears flopped before continuing. " But because of me, My family was driven out of the country."
I raised my brow at her words before giving her the signal to continue.
" You see, Demi-humans have no ability to use Magic, but I do, And can directly manipulate it." Momentarily all of us perked up hearing her words.
" Furthermore, I have an inherent spell Prophecy, The power to see the future before it happens." I closed my eyes and processed the information first.
" Clairvoyance huh? I didn't expect to meet someone here..." I murmured under my breath, seeing the future before it could happen, It is a special power that could bring fall and greatness to its users.
" This power is the same as that of a Monster, If I were to be captured. I would certainly be executed." Hearing her, I couldn't help but to click my tongue, No matter what era or world people will still be afraid of the unknown instead of facing it head on.
" My clan headed to the northern Mountains after leaving the forest but on the way, We were discovered by the Imperial soldiers."
The Haulia's are not good in combat, and before we knew it half of us were captured. To avoid getting caught, we escaped and headlong into this Canyon where magic can't be used, but instead of a safe haven we were ambushed by monsters that were lurking in this place!" Shia looked straight into our eyes with desperation and said. " Help! Please help my Family!"
What a tragic tale, I closed my eyes and thought deeply, I spoke to Scà-chan using our telepathic connection about her opinion about this.
' A pity, while I do approve that the weak are just food for the strong, It is a pity to see talent to be wasted just because of a certain belief that her power is that of a monster.' I nodded at her response, I also had the same thoughts about this.
If only, the leaders of her country thought more carefully about her circumstances instead of following the normal customs.
Shia's power can be a huge asset in their country especially during war or events that could change the country, with her power they could prevent any of those things and with the help of her ability to manipulate Mana, she could help to prosper the crops and food of the country by fertilizing the soil using mana.
' Then are you willing to help her?' Scà-chan suddenly asked.
Helping them huh? To be honest if it's just helping then I have no problem with that, I could help them from scratch but....I just felt that helping them will have no merit at all.
Helping them would bring me nothing, Yes, I would gain their gratitude but after that? Even if I train them, it's not like I would go to war or something like that.
I sighed and stared at Hajime, I signaled him to say something because I have no opinion about this. Maybe he would help her, I mean in the anime. Shia did become their official member and even though Hajime's personality is like that he's a big softy on the inside.
'You're not that different you know..' Scà-chan's voice rang inside my head.
' Did I think it out loud?' I asked.

I nodded and observed Hajime as he walked forward.
" I refuse!" He said with a scowl on his face.
I literally saw, Shia paled white mouth open, pfft--her expression is comical, I tried my best not to laugh out loud but miserably failed.
" P-please wait a moment! Based on the
the way things were going, shouldn't your lines be." Don't worry, I'll do something about it " then you would show me a charming smile. Just like that!! Even though I saw a future that, that happened!!" I chuckled hearing shia's words.
" Enough with your stupidies! What do we exactly get after saving your family?" Hajime said maintaining the scowl on his face.
" That's- well uh...."
" You got kicked out of the country, half of your clansmen were captured by the Imperial soldiers or were eaten by Monsters....Why do these things happen even though you can see the future?!" Shia was silenced and was not able to answer.
" Sorry to say this Shia-chan but Hajime is right you know, you have the ability to see the future yet you couldn't prevent those tragedies that befallen into your clan, even I think that saving you would be useless. Because you couldn't even prevent that is something you already foresaw, and even if you did. It didn't remove the fact that you couldn't prevent those tragedies that were befallen into you and your clan."
It might hurt her feelings but it must be done, because in this world of magic, the weak are just food for the strong. You can't do anything as long as you are weak, even if she had the power to see the future, without strength to prevent a certain event from happening, it would just be meaningless.
" The future will only change if you work hard to change its predetermined outcome, Remember there's no such thing as luck, if you want to survive-No, If you want your clan to survive work hard!"
Even before I got reincarnated into this body, I never really believed in luck, and even if there is, it's only 000000.1%.

" Really, no matter what world and era, there would be stubborn people that will appear just like you." Scà-chan said with a satisfied expression on her face.
" Hajime, Let's take her with us." Yue said earning a nodd from the two of us.
Hajime turned his head towards Yue, he was about to say something but then Shia suddenly exclaimed and jumped into Yue like a dog missing her owner.
" Ehh!! Really!! Thank you soo-" Unfortunately for the Bunny girl, before she could hug Yue, she was shot with magic bullet in her face making her writhe on the ground.
" Ugya!!!!!" Shia screamed and rolled around.
" Why should we take her?" Hajime asked.
" Shia is from the Demi-human county right? Our next destination is Haltina forest which was Shia's birth place, we need her as our guide!" Yue said.
" That's right, Yue is right Hajime, Shia could be our guide there!" I said while Scà-chan just nodded.
" I guess so.."
" And besides, it would be less troublesome if we hire her as a guide because most demi-humans hate humans!" I said and jumped into his shoulders.
" I got it." Hajime nodded then looked at the writhing rabbit on the ground and said." That's how it is! Rejoice Rabbit! We'll have you all be our guides through the forest!"
Hmm... Is it just me or I somehow saw a person overlapping Hajime when he spoke his first words..... Nah must be my imagination...
" The price for your service would be saving your life! You don't have complains right?"
" o-of course!" Shia said stuttering.
Hajime summoned two motor bikes from treasure storage, One was blue and the other one was red, Scà-chan hopped on the red motor bike and I followed still on my feline form.
" Alright then Hop on!" Hajime said as he took the blue bike together with Yue.
" Oh, That's right we forgot to introduce ourselves! I'm Shiro, Shiro Izumi "
" Scàthach"
" Nagumo, Nagumo Hajime "
" Yue "
I saw Shia's eyes for a moment then smiled with her brightest smile then said. "Please to meet you all! I'm Shia! Shia Haulia!"
