"Melina?" The guy blurted, eyes searching through Annoying Jerk.

I knew of how much intolerant Annoying Jerk could be. Immediately, I hurried over. "Hi!" I beamed, grinning from ear to ear even though I thought nothing was funny.

As he glanced at me, a knowing tint sparked across his face. "Ohh — it's — it's you." The guy struggled to speak.

"Yes. I'm Melina's sister. The one who came with her the other day. Please, can I see her?" I demanded with a gaze that carried the unsaid words of 'pretty, please'?

The guy, however, seemed to have found his restraint once again. "You always come at the darkest hour like a thief!" He hissed before straining his head inside. "Melina?! Your sister's here!" He called and then returned to shutting the door on our faces.

Lunatic! I cursed at him in my head but when Annoying Jerk turned to me and mouthed, "His attitude is as ugly as his face!"
