Chương 35: A Talk
I was going to fly home, but then I realized that people were going to see me and I'd reveal my identity, which would be a dumb thing to do, especially on my first day as a hero.
"Hedwig, the sun is up," I whispered. I had hidden in an alleyway. It wasn't too secluded, since I was paranoid I might get mugged or kidnapped. And the fact that it is was almost night time did nothing to soothed my nerves.
"Hey, Silver!"
My eyes widen a little when I heard the greeting, but I didn't show how startled I am.
"Chat! Why did you sneak up on me like that?"
He chuckled, hands behind his back. "I just felt like seeing you. Reflekta had just been deakumatised, and I have nothing to do..."
Chat brought his nose right in front of mine.
"So, I thought, why not visit my Silver?" He said, smirking.
I glared at him. "You're doing this on purpose, aren't you?"
Chat raised an eyebrow. "I don't know what you're talking about, Silver."
I was about to call him out before I realized I had almost fallen into his trap.
"Ha, nice try, but you aren't going to get me that easily!"
"Like I said," hat out on an innocent face. "I don't know what you're talking about." I could hear the smugness in his voice, and I didn't like it.
I rolled my eyes and walked past him into the side walk.
"Shall I walk you, M'lady?" Asked Chat, coming up beside me.
I put a finger on his lips and glared at him again. "Chat! Don't call me that! Or at least when we're outside! Someone might hear you!" I whisper-shouted.
"Would that cause a problem?"
"Yes! You called Scarletbug that, if someone had heard you then, they're going to put two and two together and figure out I was substituting for Ladybug!"
"But no one was there."
"Ever heard of the saying: 'Prevention is better than cure'?"
Chat shrugged. "If you say so. I'll just call you Silver then. It suits you nicely," he said, coming up to my face again.
I felt my face heat up. Thanks to Chat, I've been blushing a lot recently. Not really happy about it.
"How can you flirt like that so easily? I would prefer others not to see me in such a state," I said, gesturing to my face which was in a very glary form. Chat brought it upon himself.
"Sorry, Sliver," he said, rubbing the back of his head. He actually looked sorry. "You just look so cute when you blush. And I like it even more if it's because of me." He winked.
Yeah, looks very sorry indeed.
"Why do I even like you again?" I sighed.
Chat froze beside me and turned red.
"What?" I asked. Then, I realized what I had said and turned red too.
"Um, I mean as friends! Not in a romantic way, just as friends!" I tried to explain, flinging my arms around. I do like him as just a friend...right?
"O-oh! Yeah...As friends..." Said Chat, biting his lower lip.
My subconsciousness thought.
"Um, we're at my house!" I said, after the rest of the walk had continued in silence. "See you later?" so
"Y-yeah! I'll see you later..." And with that, Chat jumped away.
Is it me, or did he look...disappointed?

"Yin, it's already a quarter to eight," said Hedwig as she ate the last of her apples. "I hope you haven't forgotten about our meeting with Ladybug and Chat Noir! I would like to have a responsible holder."
"Of course I haven't forgotten! I just need to finish this last biology question. I'll be done in a sec...Done! Now let's get to that talk, well, after you finish dinner."
Apparently, Hedwig eats mice, small fish, insects or fruits.
I didn't know where I was going to get mice and insects, but Hedwig said I needn't worry. Her exact words were, 'You shan't worry about that! I have it taken care of.' And my exact thoughts were, .
All I needed was to make sure she gets a fruit when she doesn't feel like hunting. Preferably, an apple or two slice of watermelon.
"I'm done," said Hedwig, flying up to my face.
"Okay then! Hedwig the moon had risen!"
After transforming into my superhero form, I leapt out of my window and onto the roofs of Paris. This. Is. AWSOME!
I would always be able to see Paris from Chat and Ladybug's view while watching the show, but getting first hand experience is just...Wow.
A few more jumps later, I reached the Eiffel Tower. I've only seen it a few times, one being when I accompanied Marinette while she was designing her derby hat, but I've never been it. Kinda really excited. Does that make sense?
"Wow..." I thought out loud. Neither Chat nor Ladybug were here yet, so I decided to enjoy the scenery.
I flew up to the highest floor of the tower and looked down at Paris. It was gorgeous. Wonder what a date with Chat would be like here...
I told myself. Why am I suddenly having all these...Weird thoughts? Am I really falling for Chat...?
"Hello, new girl!" Came an enthusiastic voice.
. I'd recognize him anywhere.
"Um, h-hello," I said. Stuttering? Since when did I do that? Must have had something to do with the thoughts I had just now...I really need to stop.
"So, I didn't get your name earlier. May I have the pleasure of knowing what the name of this fabulous lady is?" He knelt down to kiss my hand. I blushed a little before realizing that I wasn't Yin right now.

, my other side said.
"Um, are you alright?" Asked Chat, looking concerned.
"H-huh?" What a great first impression. "Oh, I'm fine."
"So then, what's your name?"
Why didn't I think about this when I got home?
"I'm...Oh, Ladybug!" I quickly said. I still haven't thought of a name!
"You're what? Oh, Ladybug." Chat turned around to great the superheroine as well.
"Hello Chat, and...What's your name again?" Asked Ladybug with a raised eyebrow.
Sheesh. "I...Don't have a name yet..." I said sheepishly.
"Okay...Well, I'm sure you that I'm Ladybug, and this is Chat Noir," said Ladybug, pointing to herself and her partner. Chat gave a wave.
"Yeah, I do." Why am I making this so awkward?
Ladybug gave me another look. "Chat and I have been the only heroes for a few months now, so I-we. We would like to know how you got your miraculous."
Was she always this cold? "I got it the same way you did, if you got them in your rooms one day, that is." Got to be more careful.
"My miraculous is represented by the owl. A rare breed, considering owls aren't usually blue," I joked. Ladybug was not amused while Chat grinned a little. "It's gives me the power of knowledge, letting me know everything about my opponent. I'm still not to sure how it works, since I didn't need to use it today, but I think the information appears on a type of screen." I look back at Ladybug to see what she thought. Her expression remained he same.
"Also, my powers have slight changes depending on the time I use the miraculous. So I kinda have more than one power...?"
"Jealous~!" Said Chat, causing Ladybug to elbow him. I gave a small laughed at his reaction.
I decided to continue explaining. "And then after I use my power, I have nine minutes until I detransform-"
"What do you mean, nine minutes? Chat and I only have five!" Asked Ladybug with a confused frown.
"Ah, yes. Uh, my miraculous is from a different m-" Wait. They didn't know about the miraculous box yet!
"From a different?" Asked Ladybug, suspicious.
"Yeah! My Kwami told me that uh, my miraculous is a different type from yours!" I said, a nervous smile on my face. "So the setting are different!"
"Okay..." Said Ladybug, side-eyeing Chat Noir. Then she turned to me. "Are you going to be helping us with future akumas from now on?"
Is it me, or is Ladybug looking at me with ?
Regardless, I answered her. "Yes, I will be. I hope that both of you will enjoy my company." I give a smile.
Chat grinned back while Ladybug just...stayed still. I'm starting to feel really uncomfortable here...
"Alright, if you need any help, text Chat or I. You have a phone, right?"
"Uh, yeah!" I took off my belt and turned it into a blue phone. "I do."
Chat's jaw dropped. "Wow."
I giggled. "Thanks."
"Well, I hope you come up with a name soon, Chat and need to get going now." Ladybug swung her yoyo and took off.
"See you on out next akuma!" Said Chat, winking at me while giving a finger salute.
See you then.

I can't rhyme this dumb poem.
Also, I thinking of Lady Sova as our superhero name. It translates to owl, kinda lame but no one needs to know that...Tell me what u think!
